It is 1 block to the boardwalk and beach. Everything including Morey’s Pier is a short walk. No need to move your car from the garage.
The large private swimming pool has a kiddie pool and 15 person Jacuzzi, and is steps away from the unit Included is a pool house with bathroom and shower so you can rinse off after a day at the beach.
The home is in perfect condition and has been tastefully decorated with high quality beds and furniture. It has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths so waiting for a bath is never an issue. Ceiling fans have been installed in every bedroom.
This is luxury living in North Wildwood! The rear deck off the kitchen overlooks the pool and is furnished with a teakwood table and chairs. The kids will always be within view and shouting distance. In the front of the home exists a large private upper deck with quality furniture that also serves as a balcony over the first floor private patio.
The oversized private entrance 2-car garage in the rear has enough room for two large SUV’s and all of your beach gear, raft, or kayak.
Inside the unit is a large functional kitchen has a wrap-around Corian counter with bar seating for three. It is complete with stainless steel appliances and high quality dinnerware and utensils. Just about every tool is available for cooking or opening your favorite bottle of wine ……wine glasses too.
The brand new washer and dryer are housed in a separate room off of the kitchen. Quality carpet and large stone tile complete a high quality look. The dining area has an elevated table with 8 chairs and is adjacent to the wrap-around kitchen counter.
Included is an Xbox 360 with several cool games for the kids. The master bedroom is done in a Tommy Bahama style with will make you feel like you are on vacation. It has a king-sized bed, master bath with 2 sinks, flat screen TV and DVD player.
The second bedroom is tastefully decorated and has a queen bed and flat screen TV. This bedroom has a great view of the pool.
The third bedroom is decorated for your children's delight with two twin beds. There is also floor space to use the available air mattress. A flat screen TV and DVD player is included so the kids can enjoy their favorite show.
The fourth bedroom is privately located on the first floor with a full bath, perfect for use as an in-law suite! One high quality queen sized pullout couch with a flat screen TV and DVD player is included.
Don't forget your laptop, wireless Internet capability is included. We are now accepting reservations for the 2009 season!
$500 refundable security deposit is required for all rentals.
