Come play or relax in this large and beautifully-decorated home. House is located on a private street with lots of trees, sitting on the 4th fairway of the golf course, and less than 1 mile from the Country Club. This 3200 square-foot home is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a gated community. All bedrooms are supplied with bed warming mattress pads which are wonderful in the winter. The gourmet kitchen is completely stock with all amenities and opens into the great room with a sit down bar.

Within the gates you can golf, horse back ride, swim, boat or fish. The main marina has a very large sandy beach with volleyball, boating and a snack shack.

The town of Groveland provides all the necessary amenities - grocery store and restaurants, video rental and pharmacy. This house is a great base for many day trips such as: Yosemite, Hetch Hetchy, Lake Don Pedro, Columbia State Park, Tuolumne Meadows and Gold Country mining towns such as Jamestown and Sonora, where there are lots of antique stores. Yosemite and Hetch Hetchy have many hiking and biking trails.
In the winter skiing is available at either Dodge Ridge (about 1 hour), Bear Valley (around 2 hours), or Badger Pass ski located in Yosemite (2 hours). The outdoor ice skating rink in Yosemite is great fun.

  • We found the house delightful, and more than suited our needs, i loved the kitchen..it wasn't missing a thing. The kids loved being. able to swim in the lake and play on the inflatables, the adults enjoyed being able to visit Yosemite National Park.   • We have been staying in this house every summer for 5 years in a row. This house is gorgeous, it is truly high-end by Groveland/Pine Mountain Lake standards where most houses tend to be rather "dated". Photos don't do it justice, the house is much more impressive in reality. It has HUGE kitchen with all modern appliances, top quality pots and pans, a living room with lots of comfortable seating, breathtaking views of the golf course from the deck, equal size spacious bedrooms, excellent bathrooms. Truly truly amazing property!

The weather was perfect for sitting out on the deck watching the world go by, very enjoyable. Sitting around the island watching the cooks in charge for whatever meal we were having is a great design thought. The chef never feels like they are out of the party. Everyone had a ball and I can't wait to come back again only for a longer stay.

  • We enjoyed our stay at your home, from the beautiful fully stocked kitchen, from spices to dishes for our crowd, you thought of it all including all the appliances, wow.
