We had a fabulous, relaxing time at this open, spacious, well-equipped home. We loved the view from the deck of the golf course. The proximity to the Pine Mt pool and clubhouse facilities were also a plus. The Hardy's were both very helpful and responsive to any of our concerns. We would highly recommend their home to others.

This is THE place to stay if you are heading to Yosemite! What a beautiful home and Judy is so great to respond to every email immediately. Groveland is charming and the drive into Yosemite was very easy. The pictures are everything they seem to be and more. Way beyond our expectations. Thank you for sharing your home, Judy!

Pine Mountain Lake at Its Best

I can't begin to tell you what a wonderful time we had returning to PML after 30+ years. The golf course has matured into a beautiful, challenging, and very playable course. The proximity to Yosemite is very convenient, an east 1 1/2 hour drive. The best part of the vacation, was staying at your home!! It was everything anyone could hope for. In addition to being comfortable, roomy, well furnished, the setting, view, and house orientation (with regard to sun) were perfect. The four couples do this every year, and if we ever decide to come back to PML, we would love to again stay in your house.

After extensive research, we finally decided to rent this property due to our needs and the value. "What a great find!" This is what your guests will tell you over and over.. When we saw the lodge and the well-known hotel in Yosemite park (very crowded and out of date), I was even more convinced that we hit a jack pot! All the reviews are true; the house is very peaceful, clean (for Japanese standard), spacious and safe for younger children, too. A nice grocery is located about 5 minutes driving distance. Also the owner is super kind and accommodating for your requests. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful house.

This is the second time I stayed at this house. It is absolutely gorgeous! Took a completely different group of people this time and they were all amazed at how beautiful and relaxing this house was. We can't wait to go back!

Delightful Get-away

What a wonderful mini-vacation! A beautiful, comfortable home to relax in. We were a group of 8 (4 couples), all family, some visiting from Ireland. The home was our 'base camp' as we traveled to Yosemite and explored a bit. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay; clean, comfortable, really spacious, marvelous kitchen. Just about every creature comfort you can imagine. Photos don't do the home justice. Owner (Judy) responded to questions quickly and was very easy to talk with. I hope we have an opportunity to return some day. We all heartily recommend this as a great place to stay. Wish we'd had more time.

The description and photos of the listing are accurate. The house is very clean and in excellent shape. Kitchen is equipped with all major appliances, including waffle maker! Owner is easy to reach and responds to contacts within a reasonable amount of time. Would recommend to anyone willing to take a short drive to get to the beach.

Very spacious and comfortable home

Although the pictures were accurate, they do not reflect the large size and open space of this home. We had 6 people and could have easily brought 6 more. The only thing the property lacks is a hot tub for soaking aching feet and muscles for Yosemite hikers! It was a great place to stay while visiting Yosemite and was very well stocked. Judy was very helpful and kind. We especially enjoyed the stars on the deck and watching the woodpeckers in the tree. I would highly recommend this home for larger groups.

The house was absolutely gorgeous and my family and I had a wonderful weekend! The views of the nearby mountains and golf course provided for a great back drop. We found the house delightful, and more than suited our needs, i loved the kitchen..it wasn't missing a thing. The kids loved being. able to swim in the lake and play on the inflatables, the adults enjoyed being able to visit Yosemite National Park. We have been staying in this house every summer for 5 years in a row. This house is gorgeous, it is truly high-end by Groveland/Pine Mountain Lake standards where most houses tend to be rather "dated". Photos don't do it justice, the house is much more impressive in reality. It has HUGE kitchen with all modern appliances, top quality pots and pans, a living room with lots of comfortable seating, breathtaking views of the golf course from the deck, equal size spacious bedrooms, excellent bathrooms. Truly truly amazing property!

The weather was perfect for sitting out on the deck watching the world go by, very enjoyable. Sitting around the island watching the cooks in charge for whatever meal we were having is a great design thought. The chef never feels like they are out of the party. Everyone had a ball and I can't wait to come back again only for a longer stay.

We enjoyed our stay at your home, from the beautiful fully stocked kitchen, from spices to dishes for our crowd, you thought of it all including all the appliances, wow. The bedrooms are mini-suites.
