Our penthouse/condo is in one of the best locations in Playa del Carmen. It is a fully furnished ocean front 3500 square feet condominium with hotel amenities. Contemporary, ocean front, spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury condo/penthouse. Fully air conditioned. This condo is built on one of the best beaches in the Caribbean and is a perfect getaway spot.
The condo is located behind KOOL Beach Club and next to Mamitas Beach Club. Aldea Thai was built in December 2008. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an oversize 2 person marble bathtub and a full marble bathroom with shower. This master bedroom which overlooks the beautiful Caribbean Ocean. The second bedroom has two double beds and is adjacent to the 1/2 marble bathroom with a full shower. This bedroom overlooks the beautiful Caribbean Ocean. The third bedroom has a king size bed and is connected to a full marble bathtub with shower. The living room and dining room overlooks the Caribbean ocean. This new kitchen is decorated with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked.
This two story condo penthouse has a private rooftop veranda with breathtaking views of the Caribbean and sunsets. The private plunge pool is spacious and there is a large seating area and lounge chairs. Flat Screen Plasma TVS in living room and all bedrooms. i Home docking stations in all bedrooms. DVD player and cable provided. WiFi Internet access is available in the condo, lobby and poolside. There is also a full size pool for all the condo residents. A water dispenser with purified water is provided.
Our condo is 1 block off of 5th Ave in downtown Playa where you will find all the restaurants, bars and shopping. There is not a condo with a better location!

This condo was absolutely beautiful. The beach front location is fabulous and the unit was very well equiped. There is not one detail that was missing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this unit (it was my second time). I would definitely return. Everything was outstanding. The listing was accuate regarding the location. The property was clean and well-maintained. It is nearby to all Playa festivities and there is easy access to the airport.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This was beyond my expectations for my stay in Playa del Carmen. To start with the view cannot be beat. The rooftop overlooked the ocean and beyond with a feeling of privacy and a private plunge pool to stay cool. Each of the rooms was nicer than the next and the decor was modern and very up to date. The location provided easy access to both the beach and all the restaurants on the main street. The owner clearly takes pride in maintaining the property and the management company kept the unit in top shape, very clean, everything was in perfect working order. The main pool was a quiet and peaceful place for a change of scenery. The owner suggested some restaurants and activities which were all good choices. We did a tour of the cenote which I recommend and also a wonderful deal on beachfront massages. I would highly recommend this property and I can't wait to stay there again.

We travel alot & this property is fantastic!!! It was great to spend the week without a car. The condo is right by the beach (Which is beautiful) and there are two restuarants/bars on the beach. You can walk to the grocery, tons of great restuarants and there is shopping galore. The private roof top deck with plunge pool is a great way to relax with a fantastic ocean view. As far as the condo goes...it's as chic as it looks in all the photos. Everything is very comfortable & simple. The rooms are all spacious & have their own baths. Very enjoyable. ps The owners can recommend a car service to & from the airport which I highly recommend you use... to avoid all the sales pitches at the airport!

I took my family to Playa in January 2009 and we loved the condo and Playa. This is a first class property. We have stayed at condos at the Four Seasons and this compares well. It is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The bedrooms are big and it has three bathrooms! The kitchen/living area has all new furniture and appliances. We would often eat breakfast and lunch at the condo and admire the views of the ocean. However, the greatest features are the deck and location!!!!!The deck is enormous and the view is unsurpassed. Cocktails and relaxing on the deck are unforgettable. The location is dynamite-we never drove anywhere. You can walk to the beach,grocery store,all restaurants and shopping. You don't need a car. I would go back in a minute. I wish I was still there. I would highly recommend this unit.
