Our penthouse/condo is NEW and fully furnished ocean front 3500 square feet condomium with hotel amentities. Contemporary, ocean front, spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury condo/penthouse. Fully air conditioned. This condo is built on one of the best beaches in the Caribbean and is a perfect getaway spot.
The condo is located behind KOOL Beach Club and next to Mamitas Beach Club. Aldea Thai was built in December 2008. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an oversize 2 person marble bathtub and a full marble bathroom with shower which overlooks the beautiful Caribbean Ocean. The second bedroom has two double beds and is adjacent to the 1/2 marble bathroom with a full shower. This bedroom overlooks the beautiful Caribbean Ocean. The third bedroom has a king size bed and is connected to a full marble bathtub with shower. The living room and dining room overlooks the Caribbean ocean. This new kitchen is decorated with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked.
This two story condo penthouse has a private rooftop veranda with breathtaking views of the Caribbean and sunsets. The private plunge pool is spacious and there is a large seating area and lounge chairs. Flat Screen Plasma TVS in living room and all bedrooms. iHome docking stations in all bedrooms. DVD player and cable provided. Internet service is available in the lobby and poolside. Internet in the condo is available upon request. There is also a full size pool for all the condo residents. Fresh, bottled water is also provided.
Our condo is 1 block off of 5th Ave in downtown Playa where you will find all the restaurants, bars and shopping. There is not a condo with a better location!

This condo is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom penthouse on the beach. Mamitos beach is a beautiful, swimmable beach in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. This property is one block from 5th Ave. where all the resturants and retail stores are located in Playa del Carmen.
Click on Satelite view. These are old google maps which don't show the new condo complex, but this is where we are! Great location on the beach and 1 1/2 blocks to 5th Ave.
