  My family stayed here for a weekend vacation. The unit is very nice - each bedroom has a television and a nice bed. The rooftop pool was a definite benefit - it was nice to have a private place to cool off as the weather is hot and the sun is strong. The property management team was attentive and helpful in assisting us with groceries, restaurant tips, and other needs.

  Friends and family stayed at Aldea Thai for 10 days, and it was amazing. The location was perfect to walk to the beach, 1 block if that and all of the fun restaurants shops and bars! Plenty of room for 5 adults and two kids.

  We had a fabulous time in Playa Del Carmen and would stay in this condo again. It is beautiful and is furnished with everything you need. Beautiful decor and the rooftop view is the Best!!!! I would highly recommend this unit and plan to return very soon.

  We stayed at Aldea Thai Penthouse 317 for a week for our honeymoon. This penthouse condo is not only spacious and upscale but very tastefully decorated. The location was simply the best. We spend a lot of time at the private pool on the rooftop. The views from the condo and pool are spectacular. The blue/green color of the ocean is so pretty one cannot describe how beautiful it is. We loved having the fully stocked kitchen. The owners have made sure that NO detail is overlooked and were eager to provide lots of valuable information to us. The condo is within a 2 short blocks on the main avenue in Playa del Carmen. We fine dined every night. We agreed the restaurants were some of our favorite meals ever. Our favorite restaurants were: Cenacola, Como Como, Aldea Corizon and La Casa del Agua. We went to the beach several days and enjoyed all the amenities of Mamito’s Beach Club. Our week was wonderful and your week will be too. Stop looking and book now.

  My family (6 people) stayed one week in this excellent penthouse at Playa del Carmen. It complies with all that is stated at the site. We really loved it: large, comfortable, nice and well located. Moskito (the company which manages the property) provided an excellent and warm service. The only point that could be better is the condo's wireless internet connection, which is slow and weak at the apartment. If I go back to Playa del Carmen I will stay at this penthouse again.

  Staying at Aldea Thai really sets the mood of relaxation. The pools and wonderful open air lounge areas before arriving to your condo is wonderful. The location is great just a short walk to city center to all the restaurants, and to the busy beach which is half a block away. The view from the top of the pent house unit offers the beach and ocean you can watch the ferries come in from Cozumel which you can see in the distance. We live on the top with the pool and great sitting area to relax in the sun or under the wonderful canape to read, or play all the great games that are provided in the condo. We had wonderful time, this is our second stay in unit 317 and we all loved it!!!

  This condo was absolutely beautiful. The beach front location is fabulous and the unit was very well equiped. There is not one detail that was missing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this unit (it was my second time). I would definitely return. Everything was outstanding. The listing was accuate regarding the location. The property was clean and well-maintained. It is nearby to all Playa festivities and there is easy access to the airport.

  This was beyond my expectations for my stay in Playa del Carmen. To start with the view cannot be beat. The rooftop overlooked the ocean and beyond with a feeling of privacy and a private plunge pool to stay cool. Each of the rooms was nicer than the next and the decor was modern and very up to date. The location provided easy access to both the beach and all the restaurants on the main street. The owner clearly takes pride in maintaining the property and the management company kept the unit in top shape, very clean, everything was in perfect working order. The main pool was a quiet and peaceful place for a change of scenery. The owner suggested some restaurants and activities which were all good choices. We did a tour of the cenote which I recommend and also a wonderful deal on beachfront massages. I would highly recommend this property and I can't wait to stay there again.

  We travel alot & this property is fantastic!!! It was great to spend the week without a car. The condo is right by the beach (Which is beautiful) and there are two restuarants/bars on the beach. You can walk to the grocery, tons of great restuarants and there is shopping galore. The private roof top deck with plunge pool is a great way to relax with a fantastic ocean view. As far as the condo goes...it's as chic as it looks in all the photos. Everything is very comfortable & simple. The rooms are all spacious & have their own baths. Very enjoyable. ps The owners can recommend a car service to & from the airport which I highly recommend you use... to avoid all the sales pitches at the airport!

  I took my family to Playa in January 2009 and we loved the condo and Playa. This is a first class property. We have stayed at condos at the Four Seasons and this compares well. It is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The bedrooms are big and it has three bathrooms! The kitchen/living area has all new furniture and appliances. We would often eat breakfast and lunch at the condo and admire the views of the ocean. However, the greatest features are the deck and location!!!!!The deck is enormous and the view is unsurpassed. Cocktails and relaxing on the deck are unforgettable. The location is dynamite-we never drove anywhere. You can walk to the beach,grocery store,all restaurants and shopping. You don't need a car. I would go back in a minute. I wish I was still there. I would highly recommend this unit.
