This desert retreat is located in a small upscale gated community featuring 58 beautiful custom homes. The exclusive community offers abundant trees, lush landscaping, ponds, winding waterways, multiple pools, spas and tennis courts. Los Lagos community is located in the desirable city of Indian Wells, conveniently located close to world class dining, golfing shopping and theater.
This lovely vacation home is a spacious 2800 sq. ft. With its five TV's and open floor plan it is a perfect home to entertain a group for the Super Bowl or Academy Awards. The living room has soaring beamed ceilings and a massive fireplace. It has two patios; one fronting one of the many streams in the complex. Quite often a mother duck and babies will float by. You will enjoy quiet time and a perfect place for a good book. The upgraded kitchen is where all the activity takes place. A large granite topped center island is the focus. All has been upgraded to granite and built ins. Adjoining the kitchen is the family room with fireplace and sliding patio doors leading to another patio, gas barbeque and dining table.

- There are so many activities that there is not space to mention all....Golf, many championship courses are only several mikes away. The Indian Wells Resort has two 18 hole courses and a multimillion dollar club house open to the public....absolutely stunning!; The skins game was in Indian Wells; many spas such as the Marriott and Miramonte Hotel; casinos, shopping 5 minutes away [Tommy Bahama, Talbots, Saks, Tiffany's.; First rate art galleries with an art walk every Thurs. eve. On Sat. and Sun. there is a farmers market....fun for all ages; hot air ballooning, hiking, wild flower picnics' The Mccallum Theater has concerts all season. It is non stop of interesting things to do.
