Why the Owner Chose Sea Isle City
Close to the beach and stores. You can walk to the local ACME, CVS, Sands Dept. Store, and Uncle Oogies family restaurant. A great family getaway place with lots to do but not too "commercial."
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
This property is conveniently located to the beach, a public park and also shopping and restaurants. We never have to get in our car if we don't want to. We also enjoy the large living area with cathedral ceiling and there are plenty of windows and a huge deck to enjoy outdoor living while staying here.
Owner's Map of Sea Isle City
We have been vacationing at the Jersey Shore since 1991 but prior to that my husband grew up at the shore and longed to come back so we purchased a home in Sea Isle in 1991. In 2002 we knocked the original property down and re-built it to what you see today.

Everything is great about this place. And everything is as accurate as said. I would recommend this place to anyone who would respect it, as I and my family plan to return for our 3rd year this Summer. Zach and Sherri are always helpful, During our first year the TV died. Zach was there the next day with a brand new flat screen. Lots to do, beach across the street. What can I say--Heaven?

The location is perfect, the house was beautiful, good view of the ocean from all decks. Would recommend this property to friends and family. We had a great vacation in 2011 and have rented the property again in 2012.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

What a wonderful home! We stayed on the second floor with wonderful water views, especially from the master bedroom on the top floor! The home provided everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The owners were also very helpful in making sure that all of our needs were met as we had an issue with the garbage disposal (only to find out that a spoon was lodged in the disposal). It turned out to be an easy fix but the owners were extremely helpful in solving the issue as they were about to send a plumber to the house. It ended up that the plumber was not neccessary but they were very responsive!! The porches are great and the location is awesome. A great place to rent with your family! Thank you!!

Beautiful house, beautiful and convenient location. We stayed on the 2nd floor and had a great time. The only negative of the entire place was that there were 2 sets of bunkbeds which made it difficult for couples. Otherwise it's a great place to stay.
