Like most shore houses, this house incorporates the master bedroom, living, kitchen and dining areas on the top level to take advantage of the ocean views and breezes. The kitchen consists of brushed maple cabinets, corian counter tops, high end appliances and fully equipped to enjoy gourmet cooking. The top level consists of two main decks to enjoy cocktails or dining outside.
The second level features three bedrooms, two full baths, laundry room with washer/ dryer and a deck. A second master bedroom contains a Queen bed, full bath and walkout deck. This level also contains two bedrooms each with 2 twin beds and an adjoining bathroom. The ground floor contains a spacious, secure garage with additional storage area for toys, bicycles, etc.
This property is located on a life guard protected beach at 54th Street. It is rented with beach tags, toys, DVD's, CD Player, VCR, bicycles, grill, etc to allow you to come and have fun! The property is best enjoyed from June through September.
Atlantic City, Cape May Zoo, Avalon & Stone Harbor, Atlantic City Airport are all within a short driving distance. Ocean City's Boardwalk and Amusements are only 9 miles away. You will enjoy the miles of beach with unobstructed views, sea life, sand sculptures, fishing or just relaxing listening to the sounds of the surf.
