This is a private, elegant and bright, one-bedroom apartment in a gorgeous historic 19th Century Chelsea Village Building. Excellent light and views, South Facing but also has North facing window. Located on the courtyard side so is extremely quiet.

The apartment is located a tree-lined block and is 2 blocks from the West Village, Meat Packing District, Galleries, Chelsea Market, Westside Highway and the Chelsea Piers. 1/2 block from the A,C,E subway entrance. It is also within a short walk to all of the major West Side Subway lines (1,2,3, L, B, D, F,& V trains).

    • Wow! We were blown away by this beautiful and beautifully decorated apartment! Very convenient to subways, shopping, food, and night life. Felt extremely safe in this area. Apartment is clean, organized and quiet! (also rather spacious for NY standards--great closet space for clothes, etc.)The owner is a pure joy to deal with. Extremely professional, informative, generous and accomodating. Would recommend this to anyone, as long as climbing stairs isn't an issue. We will definitely seek this out again on our next visit! The bed is also very comfortable.

    • Spent an extended weekend here. Location is excellent and owner is great to deal with. This place is perfect if you have to get some work done as it's quiet but steps to all of the lively night spots.

    • We had a fabulous 10 days in this apartment which is very bright and airy even in the middle of winter. The location is superb since it is near many subways, shops and restaurants. All of the amenities are new/clean, uncluttered, and comfortable. We did not want to leave and will return when in Manhattan again. We had no problem going up the stairs without an elevator and we are in our 60s. I highly recommend this place.
