Park your car in the two car garage and simply relax for your entire stay with everything from the beach to groceries within walking distance of your home at the harbor. Stay in and shoot pool, throw darts or lounge in the 6 person spa away from the crowds or stroll a short distance for local fish and chips or pizza, brew pub or top-rated restaurants (Cafe Gibralter, Sam's, Mezzaluna).

And yes, you can walk to the Mavericks too! While El Granada has all you need, if you want to go to downtown Half Moon Bay walking/bike paths are built along the ocean to take you there too. And Comcast cable and unsecured wireless internet router keep you in touch with the outside world as well. Views are nice (and our home has the views too), but the easy access to all that this stretch of the Pacific has to offer and all the conveniences of home set this relaxing rental apart from the rest. Newly remodeled, well insulated and the property manager next door make this a trouble-free experience too.

The downstairs third bedroom is large with its own bath and flat screen TV, two sets of bunks and a futon. This home is perfect for adults and kids to spend time together...or not.

  • We had such an incredible time in this home. We were 4 adults and two kids and we never felt crowded. we were comfortable and the location was central to all activites. MUST walk to the pier to have a bowl of chowder, go fishing on the party boat, fitzgerald marine reserve and the pacifica pier... All are so close by. The renal manager, Mrs. Betancourt is very sweet. Loved it, will be back NO DOUBT!!!! Maybe permanently!

  • My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at here. We were here during the heat wave inland so the fog and cool air was wonderful. A private hot tub in the fog is a good way to get a lot of conversations in with family. The downstairs is great for kids as ours found enough to do with the pool table and tv to keep them busy. This really did feel like home away from home for a few days and we would stay again if we have a chance. It has all of the conveniences of home - wireless internet (bring your own computer), cable tv, microwave, dishwasher, a garage to park the car if you want to manually open the door - and more - a few blocks from the beach and a view of the harbor while cooking or dining (looks just like the pictures posted for this place). We all wished we could have stayed longer. Stairs in and out are challenging for the mobility challenged, but there is still a way to stay without hiking them.
