This beautiful Mediterranean Style Villa is located on a quiet street in the charming town of Calistoga, at the north end of the Napa Valley.
It is an easy ten-minute stroll to the town center with restaurants, spas, wine tasting and shopping. The house comfortable sleeps six.
The home was completely remodeled in 2010 and has a large fully equipped chef's kitchen with granite counter tops and custom wood cabinets and an adjoining living area, perfect for those who love to cook, entertain or just relax.
The kitchen opens onto the great room that has a large sectional couch and features an audiophile quality home entertainment system with a 60-inch HDTV, DVD player, full Comcast digital cable package with HBO, and On Demand and professionally-installed 5.1 surround sound system.
In addition there is a formal dining area adjoining the kitchen, with a table that seats 8. The living room opens up to a side flower garden and includes a couch, pool table and fireplace.
The pool area is fully furnished with 6 chaise lounges with a large umbrella as well as a raised pergola with chairs and table, dining area with marble table, umbrella and an additional 6 comfortable chairs. The pool area is equipped with outdoor speakers.The pool and spa are not heated. There is a above ground spa that is heated.
Outdoor cooking is a breeze with a large gas barbeque and a Weber charcoal grill. The pool is surrounded by a mature, well-tended garden with fruit trees, giant hanging Wisteria and multiple rose bushes, with views of the surrounding mountains.
In the rear corner of the garden is a full playground including swings, slide, climbing wall and sand box.
The home has three bedrooms. The master bedroom, with sliding doors to the pool, has a queen-size bed, large walk-in closet, spacious bathroom with two sinks and a separate walk-in shower. The guest bedroom, also with sliding glass doors to the pool, has a queen-size canopy bed and looks out on the small side flower garden.
The second guest room has bunk beds: the top bunk is a twin-size bed and the bottom bunk is a full-size bed plus a twin-size trundle bed. (Can sleep a total of 2 adults or 4 children) This room has a television and dvd player. The guest bedrooms share a full size bathroom with shower/bath.
