This is a quiet, small condo building only one block from the heart of downtown Delray Beach. The City has many restaurants and shops, many unique family owned businesses. There is a variety of entertainment from art shows and live music to City sponsored entertainment during the week.
The Atlantic Ocean is only a few minutes walk away and only one block from the center of downtown activities. There are sightseeing cruises on the Intra-coastal Waterway and many other water related activities.
The condo building has only six units with a gated patio area with a fountain. This unit is on the second floor. It is completely furnished, ready for you to move in. All of the amenities are first class with marble floors, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, granite counter tops and a pillow top king size bed. There is a flat screen TV with built in DVD and VCR. The unit is fully air conditioned and heated. Utilities are provided for seasonal rentals.

I can't say enough great things about this rental. It was everything as advertised. We found the condo to be in pristine condition, absolutely spotless, all new appliances, great king sized bed, and only a two blocks to some of the best restaurants in Florida on Atlantic Ave. It’s a nice leisurely walk to the beach. The condo is right in the middle of the action only two blocks from Atlantic Ave, yet super quiet at night. We enjoyed a number of fun art and shopping events that run throughout the period over on Atlantic Ave. I heard that Delray Beach is the new Ft. Lauderdale and I can vouch that this is the case offering a great vibe at a much better price. We loved the unit, the location and Delray Beach.
