Your spacious 784 square foot one bedroom condo, located 150 feet from the beach has been tastefully remodeled and newly furnished in an understated tropical theme. This private end unit with peek-a-boo ocean view was the most popular condo in the last three years rental pool. Comfy high-end King bed with a Queen sofa sleeper easily accommodates up to 4 guests. We supply all the touches to make your stay comfortable. Plenty of luxury beach lounge chairs and sun chairs are on the beach for all guests.
Watch the sunset between Lanai and Molokai while grilling at one of the beach front gas BBQs. Visit the Keone Nui Room, a covered lanai -- available to all guests for ocean side open air dining. Why the Owner Chose Kahana
We looked at every property in West Maui and for our tastes, Kahana Sunset had everything we were looking for. The beach is incredible and very comfortable with the nice lounge chairs. It's very resort-like, not just a condo complex. You get a nice feel there--it's very low density--only 72 units on 5 acres of well maintained tropical grounds. Plus in our unit we get a small ocean view without the high price tag--a great value to be on this beautiful property.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our unit is probably the most private on property which is a big deal to us. It's the end unit so it's quiet, yet you can see a small bit of the ocean while not being front center with everybody else. I guess you could say we get our cake and eat it too! Plus our unit is remodeled with nicer furniture and features than most. The one bedrooms at Kahana Sunset are large, and our lanai is huge--325 sq.ft.

We love West Maui and love surfing! We're in our 40's, live in Northern California and are active. We are gourmet cooks, and even though we enjoy West Maui's many restaurants, we usually end up grilling most meals on the gas grills overlooking the beach. Usually after a morning of surfing, we love to come back to the comfort of Kahana Sunset, read a good book or sit under an umbrella at the beach while sipping an ice tea.
