  Our stay at this home was overall excellent. The home is very well maintained inside and out. The game room, pool and electronics kept the kids busy when we were not at Disney World. We all looked forward to time in the spa after a day at the parks. The home is well equipped with everything you need and is a short distance from Disney. Our group was 10 and we had more than ample space. The two master bedrooms were great for our two families. I would recommend this property to anybody with a large group.

  We want to express how enjoyable our experience was at your villa. It was spacious and well kept. Maintenance was very prompt and helpful when needed. It was also nice to have an owner who is very down to earth and was very professional with booking and payment transactions making the whole process seamless and easy.We are definitely looking to work with you again.

  We were 5 adults and 3 children (14, 13, 11) and stayed for one week at this beautiful home. The description of the house has fully met our expectations. It was very clean and well-maintained. Questions to the owner were answered very fast and friendly. We can fully recommend this home and will try to book it again if we return to Orlando area. Disney parks are within 30 minutes driving time.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

  We have stayed in this home 3 times, and love it. It is very clean and spacious and the owners have maintained a high standard. It is close to Disney, Universal, Seaworld and only a short drive to Busch Gardens, yet quiet and peaceful in an attractive gated community. The owners are a pleasure to deal with and are always very helpful with any queries we had. We would highly recommend this villa and are looking forward to our next visit.

  This was our 1st time to rent a house and the experience was perfect. There were no surprises, from making reservations up to the day we left. Spacious clean and very comfortable. We had 6 people and more than enough room. We were a very short 1/2 hour drive to Universal. There is a very nice mall, Walmart and grocery very close. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and beautiful. We could not ask for anything better. The kids loved the pool and game room. We liked being on the lower level with the other four bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom is very nice size and the bathroom is large. communication with Neal was always prompt, courteous and professional. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this house for trips to Disney and Universal.

  What a great home! Was spacious enough for 7 people, clean, comfortable beds & most of all the pool and spa were the next best thing to a massage after a VERY long day at the parks. Close to all activities in the area & a nice quiet retreat to come to after over stimulating days at Disney & Universal studios!

  We really enjoyed this home. It's huge, clean and convienence to everything from Publix super market, Walmart, Walgreen and Dunkin Donuts. Niel the owner responded to all our questions right away . He was very thorough and a pleasure to deal with, we would definitely rent from Niel again next year.

  I was planning a trip to Orlando for the Disney World Marathon. A running friend of mine told me about VRBO. I was a bit hesitant at first but she had used them on multiple occassions with great success so I began my search. I was bringing my parents, my children and my grandchildren so I needed something big. This house was PERFECT! Communication with the owner was great. This home exceeded my expectations. When we walked in, everyone was just in awe. It looked like a model home. There was so much space. We never felt crowded. We even had people over for dinner one night and still felt like we had more than enough space. Staying in this home was like picking up our home and taking it on vacation with us. I can not say enough about how great it was. I will definitely be staying there again the next time I travel to the Orlando area. This whole trip was FANTASTIC! I am so glad I took the "risk" and tried VRBO. This owner has set the bar pretty high for the other owners. I can only hope that my next experience is just as good.
