Romar Beach 303 is a contemporary two-bedroom condo offering a fantastic view of the ocean and all the amenities of home, including comfortable furniture, a fully-appointed kitchen, and luxurious linens for bed and bath.
Our family has been vacationing at Romar Beach for more than a decade, and we understand what beach condos need: cozy seating from a balcony to watch sunrises and sunsets; high-quality mattresses for a great night's sleep; and a convenient location to nearby restaurants and entertainment. Romar Beach has all this and more, including a family-friendly environment and a low-rise complex with easy access to parking and the beach.
We love to cook, even while vacationing, so our condo kitchen is fully equipped with everything from cookware to corkscrews. If you aren't so inclined, no worry! Lartigue's Seafood Market is located directly behind our complex and the friendly folks there will cook your seafood to order. (Be sure to try their gumbo: It's divine! and the shrimp: Royal Reds are my favorite!)
Our condo is completely self-managed, which is why we are able to offer such great rates. We do have a wonderful manager in Orange Beach who handles our housekeeping and maintenance, so any problems during your stay can be handled quickly and efficiently.
We also own another oceanfront unit at Romar Beach Condominiums, so let us know if you need a second condo for additional family or friends.

Owner Description
My husband and I first vacationed in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores when I was pregnant with our daughter. Twenty years later, we are the proud owners of half a dozen properties, which we manage ourselves. We live in Memphis, Tennessee, where we work in media (radio and newspapers) and love to cook gourmet meals. We take the eight-hour drive to Alabama's beautiful Gulf Coast as often as possible, which is to say, we are never at the beach enough!

My husband and I just returned from staying in this condo for 5 nites. It was just right for the two of us. Loved the bright colors and comfortable furnishings. The view is very good too with no buildings blocking the side view. The owners were very nice to work with especially at the last minute. We made it fine at the complex even though the elevator was out of order most of the visit. I am sure it will be repaired by our next visit, which I hope will be soon. Also, we loved the fresh seafood across the street- the best steamed shrimp we have ever had!!! So easy to walk across the street and enjoy at the condo. Thanks again for sharing your nice condo with us.

We have found our 'jewel on the beach" in this gem! We were a little skeptical about VRBO, but dealing with Pam is really easier than dealing with the larger management companies. Everything about this condo is just as presented. The view from the balcony is beautiful. We were on the beach within minutes and the pool is great. You almost feel as if you are on the beach when you are poolside. We usually stay at high rise complexes, but we have found this to be "a little jewel". With the close parking under the complex, the convenient location, and the nicely furnished condo, we now pick this low-density complex as a favorite. Although this is an older complex, you just can't beat it for views, interior updates, easy access to the beach and location.

This condo is located in a perfect spot on the beach. Love the location very convenient to restaurants and the beach is at your back door. When we arrived the condo was not cleaned well at all. Mold were in all the vents, dusts on all the ceiling fan blades, sheets had some type of red substance in the masters bedroom, and in the kids bedroom the sheets had food on them. We had to basically re-clean the condo. Once that was done we were able to enjoy ourselves. The condo needed some repairs, for example the floors in the bathroom tiles were broken/missing. I advised the owner of the problems we had during our stay and I was told they would get back with us to provide cleaning assistance to date we still have not heard from the owners. I would not stay at this location again. Will definitely find another condo.

We decided to take a last minute trip to the beach and Pam made it so easy! We loved the condo and the great views! It was decorated nicely, well maintained, and clean. We will definitely be renting from Pamonthebeach again.

Beautiful Condo! Thank you Pam, this would not have been possible with your help and communication with emails and phone calls. The condo was beautiful decorated and furnished with everything. Great family area without all of the noise and problems of the spring break parties. Would highly recommend!
