"Fishtales" our custom, professionally designed and decorated 3 story, 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, beach home located in one of the most sought after vacation neighborhoods along 30A and the Beaches of South Walton. Summer's Edge is located between Seaside & Rosemary Beach and is a cozy family community with two beautiful pools (one heated during cooler weather). One of it's best features is it's gently sloping beach access - only steps (50 yards)away to our sugar sand beach!
The first floor consists of 4 bedrooms and two full baths, back entrance has an outdoor shower. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. Two bedrooms have queens beds, one with twin beds and the other a bunkbed. All are comfortable!
Our second floor living/dining/kitchen area is great for entertaining or relaxing with gulf views, covered porch with gas grill & dining table, large flat screen TV (42"), entertainment system with surround sound (XM Radio). Our kitchen offers top end stainless appliances and all the accessories for gourmet cooking. Enjoy!
The third floor is a spacious master suite with vaulted ceiling, king bed,large flat screen TV, jacuzzi tub, double shower and outside deck with gulf views.

Hi! Just a little about us. Even before we were married 15 years ago, all of our vacations were along the Emerald Coast from Destin to PC! But when we found the 30A area we couldn't beleive it!! What a great laid back family place, beautiful area, with NO TRAFFIC! We had Fishtales built custom with a wonderful architect designing every detail! Come enjoy!
