This home offers views of the ocean, the historic Currituck Lighthouse and sunsets over the sound. Situated just a short walk from the beach and the community pool, tennis facilities and basketball courts. Whether you prefer to take a swim in the private pool, star-gaze from the hot tub or just relax on the wrap-around porch, family memories are waiting to be made at this one-of-a-kind retreat.

Pets welcome. 2 well-trained dogs only, no puppies. No additional fee/deposit required.

The Unique Benefits at this House
The great thing about an "Old Nags Head" style house is that there is ALWAYS the perfect spot on the covered porch to enjoy the weather; in the sun, out of the sun, in the breezy, out of the wind. Any weather any time of year the porch is our favorite spot !

My wife, Suzanne & I have vacationed on the Outer Banks since 1992. We love the area and admired this house for many years before we had the opportunity to call it our own. We also love sharing the house with our family, friends and our ever expanding group of return guests, some of whom have been with us every year since we bought the house!
The house was renovated in 2007 and we've continued to make improvements every year since.

"We had such a relaxing and fun week. We appreciated the character of the house and we felt right at home. We were able to entertain family and friends throughout the week. Even though the weather kept us in a few days we were still able to enjoy ourselves in your lovely home. We enjoyed the hot tub on a few occasions and enjoyed the oceanview during the storm.
