We were lucky to get the house fir Christmas and new year ... I love the house on the picture so I think it would be a great place for my parents to relax... The hot tub is 24 hrs hot tub and fully covered in shade from all kinds of wonderful plants.. When we come in theres a whole punch of tropical banana right from the tree, and picking fresh star fruit from the private garden is just heavenly.. If it's not in the season the owner have a variety of fruits with two bottle of wine as welcome gift for you anyway... The house has so much to offer more than the pictures shows..the master bedroom actually opens to the garden and the French door give you the pool access.... It's the best place we ever stayed... The owner take pride of his standard of how he keeps the house... Everyday we are amazed by the new discovery we had with the details...it's so uplifting and inspiring and start to clean up my apt in new York since I came back as new year resolution ... And I picked up cooking as I found cooking was so enjoyable when I stayed... Owner provides 4 robes and make you feel like king and queen ... So much better than even staying at 5 stars hotels..and have I mentioned how centrally located? Wish I can be there all year around. Thanks Paul!

A LITTLE SLICE OF PARADISE

Thiis property was by far the finest home we have rented in coming to KW for 7 years. It was super clean with every amenity imaginable. Upon our arrival the owner gave us a complete tour explaining every facet of the home's operation. We were even greeted with wine, a basket of fruit and flowers. The location in old town is walkable to many attractions and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, except for Jan Feb and Mar when we want it for ourselves!!

A Jewel It Is

We have rented homes in KW for 5 years and this one is,by far, one of the best. The home is completely private and secluded, beautiful gardens/pool. The photos do not do the home justice. I did much more cooking than I expected in the great kitchen. It had everything imaginable and top of the line. Duval Street was minutes away. How great to lay in a hammock suspended over a warm pool! I couldn't get my husband out of the owner supplied robes; he never wears one at home. A welcome gift of cheese/fruit and wine awaited us. We had a totally enjoyable holiday and would definitely recommend this home.

Paul, What can I say. Your property is the best kept secret in Key West. Tina and I were speechless when you walked us through the property. We had the best time there and couldn't have asked for more. Paul you are the best when it comes to hospitality, the fruit basket,wine,coffee and everything just made our vacation. We have never been treated so well by a host and you are great to talk to. We hated to leave that morning, but we hope that we can return soon to enjoy your place again and we look foward to seeing you and Goldie again !!!!!!! Thanks a Million Paul !!!!!!!

Key West Treasure

I can't say enough about how amazing this rental is. Immaculate, fully-equipped (really, the attention to detail is incredible), centrally located in Old Town, yet wonderfully private. The gardens, the pool-- it is impossible to not feel like you are in the heart of the tropics. Paul is the perfect host-- knowledgable, available, extremely helpful and thoughtful, but not intrusive. Truly, a magical place!

We found this lovely cottage on the web, spoke with the friendly owner and decided to rent the month of December 2009. Upon arrival, the owner walked us through the property and demonstrated all the features and how to use all the equipment including hooking up to the wireless high-speed internet service. It was clean & cheerful plus the owner had coffee service and a stocked bar available to us! This isn't a typical "rental property" as it was so well stocked with everything including the pancake maker! Our 2 Westies were also welcome. The owner even has a pet door for their pleasure! The cottage has a fantastic location and easy to get to from anywhere on the island. This was our 3rd rental property in Key West and we can without reservation recommend this property and the friendly owner.

My wife and I rented the cottage for the month of January 2010. It was by far the best property we have rented in the many years we have been going to Key West. It was well maintained and very clean. We have never experienced a better equiped rental property. The owner even provided some beverages and food items. Bottles of white and red wine and a bowl of fruit was there for our arrival. The owner stayed nearby and graciously took me to a drugstore that was not within walking distance to buy some things that were not available at the nearby stores. He even offered to move us to the timeshare resort where we owned a condo which we occupied the month of February. The swimming pool was delightful. It was totally private and heated. Both satellite and cable television were available. We highly recommend this cottage without reservation.
