Nestled off a secluded, one block long lane, this modern incarnation of the traditional “Conch Style House” offers all the modern amenities expected in today’s homes, including a private and heated Pool/Spa, off street parking, Wi-Fi, 52” satellite fed TV, Wash/dryer, full kitchen with many small appliances. It should be noted that this house is situated on Solaris Hill, the highest point on the island and is completely surrounded by sturdy Privacy Fencing and abundant tropical foliage.

The second floor bedroom is furnished with two twin beds; the 2nd floor also has a half bath and a small office/work area. The first floor sports vaulted ceilings in the living room and the master bedroom. Besides the private Master bedrooms’ full bath there is also a full bathroom to service the common area of the house. Three sets of French doors open to the pool/spa and wood decks furnished with lounges, deck table set and a gas grill. Just a very short walk (1.5 Blocks) to world famous "Duval Street" with its shops, art galleries, restaurants and nightlife.
