Windward Village provides easy access to the beach, tennis, affordable golf, restaurants and shopping. One can enjoy the 12 miles of biking trails, fishing, hiking, tennis and golf. Windward Village offers its guests a community pool available for sunbathing and swimming.
The beach is a short bike ride or walk away. The private clean white sand of the local beach is perfect for those that want to enjoy a peaceful day.

March 1-May 31 - $700/week, June 1-Aug.20 - $1000/week,
Aug.20-Oct.31 - $700/week, Nov.1-March 1 - $650/week
One week minimum rental. Saturday to Saturday.
$200 deposit required at time of booking.
Full amount due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Minimum 2 weeks notice required for refund, deposit will not
be refunded if cancelled less than 1 month prior to arrival.
We only rent to families or mature adults. PayPal payments available.
