The ground floor offers a modern Provencal fully equipped kitchen and a separate dining room, both with glass doors opening onto a covered pergola, a large swimming pool and a barbeque area.
Up the steps, on the right, there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. On the left, the living room with double seating area, has a terrace facing a protected wood zone and offers a view of the mountains.
Other features of comfort include a private boule court, parking, internet access, free international phone dialing to most European countries, the US and Canada, supermarket and great bakery within five minutes walk down the steps.
