Why the Owner Chose Cape Charles
Our home in Bay Creek has been a wonderful investment for time spent together as a family now, and we hope to use it as a base for our retirement in a few years. That's why it is furnished with hand-picked items and special amenities such as the Sleep Number beds in every room. We want our rental guests to feel like they are visiting someplace special, and not in a nameless, bland condo unit.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The community is impeccably maintained, and the same care is applied to our golf home. We overlook the 11th Fairway of the Palmer course, complete with a large balcony for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails. The private elevator makes bringing our luggage and groceries in and out very simple. There are plenty of movies for the 55" TV, and a video game system, in addition to a computer, poker table top, books and games, should the weather be uncooperative.
