This lovely contemporary is used by owner weekends year round, and half the summer, so between owner use and repeat guests there are very few available weeks. But if our availability matches your needs, you'll find that it is in perfect condiction and fully equipped with all comforts, clean, up-to-date, and ready to enjoy. The master bedroom is on the first floor, with a full master bath. There is also a half bath on the first floor.
Upstairs there is a loft with a couch, books, games, a mini pool table, and a PC and printer. There is also a large bedroom with a queen bed, and another bedroom with twin beds, and a full bathroom. The house is equipped with cable HDTV including premium channels, high speed internet access, and a wireless router.
There are lovely flower and herb gardens around the house, and ample space for playing outside. There is a large deck off the living room with a new Weber gas grill. Glowing references available.

We live in Newton, MA and spend a lot of time on the Vineyard. We rent a limited number of weeks, many to returning vacationers. Our focus is on making your time on the Vineyard as enjoyable and relaxing as possible, and being as helpful as we can to you.
Why the Owner Chose Edgartown
We love the Vineyard, and rented there for 15 years prior to buying 11 years ago. We rented a number of homes, many through agents, and often not in good condition. We make sure that our home is in top shape, fully equipped, and that you'll have no glitches or anything preventing you from enjoying this wonderful island.
