This lovely contemporary is used by owner weekends year round, and half the summer. As such, it is fully equipped with all comforts, clean, up-to-date, and ready to enjoy. The master bedroom is on the first floor, with a full master bath. There is also a half bath on the first floor.
Upstairs there is a loft with a couch, books, games, a mini pool table, and a PC. There is also a large bedroom with a queen bed, and smaller bedroom with twin beds, and a full bathroom. The house is equipped with cable HDTV including premium channels, high speed internet access, and a wireless router.
There are lovely flower and herb gardens around the house, and ample space for playing on the lawn. There is a large deck off the living room with a Vermont Castings 3 burner gas grill. Glowing references available.
