  We were awestruck when we came into this beautifully decorated condo. It is so much larger and the layout affords privacy to every bedroom and bath. We will never stay in a hotel again, when we can stay here with all the comforts and more, especially the 1st floor convenience and the screened Lanai on the golf course. It was immaculate, well stocked with anything we needed and the outdoor pool and location were perfect—quiet resort, yet only 30 minutes to the Myrtle Beach amusements and theaters. I would recommend this condo. We will be back again.

  Owner response: Since this was their 1st. time to Sea Trail, we provided them with local maps & places to go. Beach bums love Sunset Beach, ranked #1, in NC. Also, guests personally thanked my on site property managers for their excellent assistance.

  We arrived to an immaculate condo, had our usual excellent month, except for the cool weather. We still got in 16 golf games. Had Happy hour at different condos on the property, a big difference in the up keep of condos when you have an absentee landlord. Thanks again Gene, we will be back for 2 weeks in November and march of 2014.

  Warm and comfortable setting, condo tasteful decorated with all the necessary amenities. For beach lovers, Sunset Beach is a very short ride away and for golfers there are three well maintained courses in Sea Trails. Many great golf courses, beaches, a vineyard with weekly concerts, great seafood.and water sports nearby. Condo perfectly located with the pool just outside the entrance while the screened in patio overlooks the golf course. Enjoyable vacation getaway!

  Once again, another great vacation! Our condo was sunny, bright, and well cared for. We especially liked the fact that it was on the first floor making it easily accessible to outside. We found the kitchen well equipped to eat/dine in if we chose. However, the area restaurants beckoned more often than not. We particularly liked the close proximity to the beautiful beach, as we looked forward to our daily walks. Each year we find more and more to explore and enjoy. Looking forward to 2013!!!

  We stayed over July 4th, and it was great. The place is clean, and the pool access is great for the kids. Being on the ground level made it seem even bigger. Thanks again, and we look forward to the next trip.

  Owner response: It is a very relaxing place to spend your vacation. The 1st floor location allows you to walk out of the screened lanai and set up your barbecue after a great day at the beach or golfing. The shared Champion pool is steps away. Plenty of walking and bike paths –Just park your bike in the 1st floor lanai. Give me a call. Gene

  We recently stayed for 2 weeks at this beautiful condo at Sea Trail Resort. It was our first trip to Sunset Beach and we had a great time. The pictures and the description of the condo are very accurate. It is spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The condo was clean and well maintained. Gene was very helpful in answering our questions before our arrival. We were met by Marty when we arrived, and he provided all the information we needed. The location was wonderful. Myrtle Beach was only about 30 minutes and we enjoyed the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The restaurants around Sunset Beach that were suggested to us were excellent. It was a GREAT vacation and we highly recommend this beautiful condo. Looking forward to spending more enjoyable holidays here.

  The condo was wonderful, March weather was great, so we used the lanai for happy hour.+++ I believe the cleaning could have been done better. Kitchen clean but carpets could probably have used a steam cleaning. There was no proper sponge mop or pail to use for doing kitchen and bathrooms. We have recommended the unit and they are coming in when we leave next March. Restaurants: Sugar Shack, Nakato, Bone Fish and Carrabas

  Owner response: Renters, if an item is missing or broken please contact me. The unit is supplied with a cotton mop/pail, broom/dust pan, upright sweeper, iron/ironing board, and hair dryers for renter’s convenience. I will put a sponge mop in the unit. The carpets were cleaned in the fall. They will be cleaned again. I’m glad the monthly renters enjoyed their vacation and I am looking forward to their return in March 2012 and their friends in April 2012.

  We had a great time at Sunset Beach. Even though we don't golf, we love the beautiful beach, and walk it every day.. There is so much to do. This was our fourth year and the second in your condo. We especially enjoy being on the first floor as it is not as confining as the second and third. We still have many restaurants to visit. Our social life is great as we have many friends and acquaintances in the area. There are many historic places to visit: Southport, Georgetown, Charlestown, etc. The condo itself is light and airy, with plenty of room and is located centrally for all our activities. We look forward to our return trip in February 2012....

  Owner response: You won't be disappointed! The photos on the website don't do this villa justice. The owners tastefully decorated this unit, and their property manager will meet you at the door.
