When you enter the foyer to this gracious and relaxing golf motif Villa, you will feel right at home. Ample living space & high end amenities abound, including Queen Size Beds to stretch out on; a complete kitchen, washer & dryer, 3 TV's, DVD, and a free view of the 16# fairway are all included.
The 1BR Villa living room connects to an additional separate suite bed room, kitchenette and seating area. This provides additional privacy for couples, parents or children. Each of the 2 bedrooms has a full bathroom. High speed DSL internet access & phones for local calls are included. In addition to central air conditioning, all rooms have comfortable ceiling fans.
Imagine relaxing in the Screened Lanai with a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable while you enjoy breakfast. Or stroll out the Lanai door with your morning coffee & watch the ground crew prepare the green for your tee time. After looking for over four years we found our perfect vacation retreat at Sea Trail resort, Sunset Beach. The community embodies a relaxing and friendly atmosphere with bountiful amenities. Every time we walk the beach, play golf at the numerous champion golf courses and visit Broadway at the Beach’s shops and restaurants we are quickly rejuvenated.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
You will find a cozy, relaxing fairway villa with all the modern amenities. We have great golf packages available for you from 3 to six rounds at area courses. There are walking and biking paths throughout the 2000 acre resort and the beach is fantastic for swimming, biking, has a fishing pier and of course plenty of sun. Our community center has indoor/outdoor pools, spa and gym for guests and owners.
We are also a member Lowes Food To Go Program. And as our renter, you will be able to fill all the groceries you may require by shopping on the internet prior to leaving your home and when you arrive the pantry will be full, regardless of what time when you arrive at the Villa.
Calabash (about 10 minutes South) has great sea food and steak restaurants as well as charter boasts for fishing trips. The family can enjoy amusements at the Family Amusement Park and water sports located at Myrtle Beach.
This area has several fine restaurants. It is about 5 miles south on route #179, Old Georgetown Rd.

Since the time I was a child, my parents took my brothers and me to the Margate, NJ shore. I loved playing on the beach, and splashing in the ocean. At night, my brothers and I would visit all the Ocean City boardwalk eateries and of course rode all the amusements. I grew up loving the smell of the salt air, the beach and a care free shore life. The first time I took my husband to the shore, he enjoyed it so much he did not want to leave. He learned to love it as much as I do. As we vacationed from Maryland to the Florida coasts, we kept returning to the Sunset Beach area. We decided to purchase our vacation villa because the beach is very pristine; the ocean swells are great for swimming and the resort area is quiet, relaxing and yet it is close to great shops, restaurants, the Carolina Opry and champion golf courses. Lovely and Relaxing Beach Bums11 Woolwich, NJ Review Submitted: August 18, 2009 Date of Stay: August 2009 We were awestruck when we came into this beautifully decorated condo. It is so much larger and the layout affords privacy to every bedroom and bath. We will never stay in a hotel again, when we can stay here with all the comforts and more, especially the 1st floor convenience and the screened Lanai on the golf course. It was immaculate, well stocked with anything we needed and the outdoor pool and location were perfect—quiet resort, yet only 30 minutes to the Myrtle Beach amusements and theaters. I would recommend this condo. We will be back again. Owner's Response: Since this was their 1st. time to Sea Trail, we provided them with local maps & places to go. Beach bums love Sunset Beach, ranked #1, in NC. Also, guests personally thanked my on site property managers for their excellent assistance.

We returned Sat afternoon after spending a wonderful week at Sea Trail in your beautiful unit. Rich was very helpful and stopped by on Fri night to get the key and your Gold card. The water temp was about 80 and Sunset Beach is a great family spot. We spent each morning at the ocean and the later afternoon at the pool. Thanks so much for the use of the Gold card because we didn't always arrive at the pool with our grandchildren. We would definitely recommend Sea Trail to our friends and will continue to visit that area. I think you did a terrific job decorating your villa and it was so easy to maintain. Thanks again and we'll keep you in mind if we need to rent in that area again
