We love this place and you will too; awesome, newer, gated and secure, quiet, smaller 3-story condo building with gorgeous grounds, 24-hour guard service and taxi concierge service.
It is just seconds from the beach, palapa, grassy area and large beautiful pool with swim-up bar area, always a cooling breeze. An on-site English speaking manager will greet you.
A brightly decorated condo with comforts of home, including beautiful furnishings, very comfortable king size bed, fully equipped kitchen (great modern shopping available in town for food and supplies).
We are seconds from La Ropa, water sports, fishing and great restaurants.
2 sliding glass doors lead to large balcony/lanai with hammock, table and chairs--overlooking scenic palapa/atrium, palm trees, nicely landscaped grounds, a great place to relax; easy access to downtown Zihua and Ixtapa.

My wife is a retired educator from Seattle. I am still working as a business counselor. We met 6 years ago in AZ where we currently live and got married in 2007. We love to travel and hope to do more of it when i retire.
Why the Owner Chose Zihuatanejo
My wife had been travelling to Zihua for 20 years and became good friends with Marsha, who currently lives in our condo building in Zihua and manages the property for us. We love the devleopment---small and friendly--with access to the beach, great walks, and great food. And we knew the builder has a great reputation for honesty and quality of construction.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
La Ceiba is just a wonderful and relaxing place to spend time while we are in Zihua. We love the restaurants, the beach, and walking to downtown Zihua, which is a great place to shop, eat, and just wonder around. The culture is very comfortable and friendly and you can find almost anything you want in the Zihua/Ixtapa area---and it is cool that Ixtapa is only a few minutes away---a great place to visit--then return home to the more laid back Zihua.
