This villa is located in the parish of St. Philip, one of the best areas to stay in Barbados. While there, you will enjoy a cool Atlantic breeze on most days and you will be close to the stunning beaches of the unspoiled East coast.
The villa is a newly completed house with private pool situated in a small development near Six Cross Roads roundabout. The house has been finished to a high standard and has all the accommodation and facilities needed to ensure that visitors can relax and enjoy this beautiful island. The well equipped kitchen contains all the facilities you would expect to have at home. All three bedrooms are air conditioned with good storage and the master suite consists of a large dressing area and en-suite bath/shower room. There is a family bathroom with a walk-in shower. The lounge is spacious with a 40+ foot vaulted ceiling and fans. This leads out to a terrace where you can watch the sun go down whilst overlooking the pool and lawn and well stocked garden.

There is currently building work in progress. The property is located on a fairly new development and will continue to have some level of work going on for the foreseeable future. This will not affect your privacy, but may create additional noise during the working day. This has been reflected in the price. A security bond equivalent to 1 week applicable rate will be required. This is refundable, less the cost of any damages and loss.
