Well located within 2 miles of the hustle bustle of downtown Cabo San Lucas, but with enough distance to allow a very relaxing visit and enjoyment of the incredible weather in the Baja. Our unit is ground floor with and over sized lanai off the living room and the Master bedroom that overlooks one of the pools and has a beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez.
You are but a few steps away from 2 pools and the beach. Walk out the front door and you can enjoy a view of Land's End. There are 5 restaurants nearby (within an easy walk), also a pool bar on site for light meals and drinks. The beach area is quite secluded and not heavily used so it is a very relaxing place to enjoy the sun, tide pooling, snorkeling.
The condo is fully equipped for your enjoyment. A well appointed kitchen with ample amenities for at home dining (not at all like a Timeshare rental with poor and lacking kitchen implements). It is furnished in a Mexican style motif and all is well maintained and very clean. There is a large tub/shower in the bath with abundant linens on hand.
All you need is your food and drinks to make this complete ! HAVE A GREAT VISIT !

At this point we use our condo at least twice a year. We eventually intend to be "snowbird's" here upon retirement. We have been coming to Cabo since 1994 and in the search for what we feel is "perfect" weather in the winter we found Cabo to be it . Desert environment with beach breezes. Not as humid as mainland areas. My husband is in the wine business and I am a real estate brokerage owner.
