This DELUXE corner unit has an awesome view of the Gulf of Mexico from the tenth floor over sized wrap-around balcony off the main living room and master suite. Spacious rooms with large master suite king bed with sitting area and large bath with whirlpool tub, double sinks, and separate stand up shower.
Walk out on the balcony from your master suite and watch the sunrise and sunsets in beautiful Destin. You won’t want to go home after staying in the luxurious ambiance of this wonderful condo. Not your traditional rental look.

A fully furnished kitchen with range/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, disposal, and all the usual appliances accent the unit. The laundry room is immediately off the kitchen. This unit is located on the end offering unit privacy and the fantastic views!
Two private pools, one uniquely situated on the beach, are available on property. An exercise room and cinema are among the many other amenities. For a snack or frozen drink by the pool, try the Grill located at the beach, side pool. The property offers private, gated, parking facilities.

Why the Owner Chose Sterling Shores
Of all the properties Sterling Shores had the right combination - lots of green to look at, walking paths, quiet and secluded feeling. Also, the view of the azure blue ocean is absolutely wonderful to start a day or end a day. You can't get any better.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our unit is not a typical rental unit. We strive for the warm at home feeling complete with oriental rugs, upscale linens and furnishings set off by warm chocolate walls. Truely a comfort after a day on the beach.

We are from Jackson, TN and this is our fourth house on the water! We own a commercial construction company with offices in Jackson and Nashville. We travel alot in our RV and love being with family and friends.

Loved our stay at your condo in Aug 2011. We felt right at home from the time we walked in. It was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. We have stayed at other Sterling Shores units in the past and I think this one will move to the top of our favorites list. Can't wait to go back!!

Skepital at first because unit wasn't cleaned. Made a call and it was quickly taken care of. Thanks! Kids and I had a wonderful vacation at the location. Loved the view of the beach from the room because one can check it out before heading to the beach. Walk to the beach wasn't far and enjoyed the large pool. This was our 3rd time to the Destin area and I have to say this was our favorite place to stay so far. We hope to make future reservations in the future. Thanks for all the emenities provided in the kitchen and the beach items my children were able to use at the beach. One major plus was the covered garage. Wow! If I may make one recommendation, it is to offer white towels instead of colored towels in the bathrooms. Thank you for allowing us to use your condo. We may make our trip to Destin yearly instead of every other year, and will definitely try to book future stays with you. It makes the drive from Texas to Destin all worth while when one has a place to stay in that is almost like home.

Wow! My husband and I and our 3 boys had a fabulous, relaxing time during our vacation. This unit provided more than enough room for us to spread out and the balcony was wonderful for watching the dolphins play in the mornings. I loved the close proximity to the attractions and it was great to be right across from the Back Porch restaurant (tip...we called in a takeout order there and it was ready in 20 minutes...we just picked up the order and ate on the balcony while watching the waves!) The unit was very clean and decorated beautifully. We would definitely recommend this property for a family vacation! Thanks for making this a trip to remember...

What a wonderful condo at Sterling Shores! We have stayed at this complex several times and this was by far our favorite unit yet. Even with the seaweed as bad as it was, the pool and atmosphere at Sterling Shores was well worth the trip. The master bed is very comfortable just like home. This unit has all the comforts of home and is so tastefully done that we will be back again real soon.

This condo is so nice!!! It was a little bit of paradise for us! From the huge couch to all the nice pieces of furniture! The balcony was huge and had a fantastic view! The lagoon pool was very big, we always found lounge chairs. The grounds were beautifully landscaped. We hope to go back!!!

The condominium was a wonderful place to return to from the beach or day sightseeing. It was decorated beautifully, clean with big bathrooms, a great balcony to read or just enjoy the breeze and a laundry room to toss your beach towels in the dryer - ready to go again. It was close enough to walk to a couple of good restaurants and a short drive to several retail outlets or water parks. The two pools provided plenty of opportunity to swim or lounge chairs to relax. The beach was beautiful while we were there with lots of space to walk or sun and plenty of umbrellas to rent or space for your own. Everyone had a great time and I would recommend this property to all ages. This condominium is a cut above others.

Thank you so much for opening your Destin home to us and allowing us to stay. I cannot even begin to tell you how much fun we had, how relaxing it was and how special it was to have that precious family time. Everything in the condo was perfect and it is such a beautiful place!! Sitting on the balcony every morning was a wonderful way to start the day. Watching the dolphins (13) swin and play in the surf was an extra special treat! There is no better place to rest, relax, and soothe your soul! Thanks so much.
