  My family has been vacationing in Florida for several years and this condo was by far the best one we have ever stayed in. We plan on staying there again next year.Condo has everything you could dream of.

  This was our first trip to Destin, FL and we are very particular about where we stay due to traveling with our 2 1/2 yo daughter. This condo and Sterling Shores Resort exceeded our expectations! The unit is decorated very nicely with obvious upkeep. Everything was extremely clean. I loved the fact that the tile flooring ran throughout the unit (made chasing a toddler with a juice box a little less stressful). The owner, Chis was very nice and professional. She made all pre-arrival arrangements very easy and was available via her personal cell throughout out entire stay. The unit has a beautiful view of the ocean. My favorite part of the mornings was drinking my coffee on the HUGE balcony and watching the water. I was originally a little concerned about the walk to the beach. However, once arriving my concerns with the distance to the beach were put to rest. It was also nice to be so close to The Back Porch Restaurant. We ate there twice during the week and frequented their beach-level bar ;-) I would and already have recommended this unit to our friends and family for future vacations!

  Unit is exactly as presented in photos and owner was so responsive and reassuring with my initial VRBO concerns and questions....and this place is SO spacious. The ocean views are spectacular fostered by being a corner unit and the abundance of floor to ceiling windows. Not to mention the huge amount of lounging space and outdoor seating area courtesy of the balcony. We are a Destin-visiting family going on two decades now, staying in numerous rentals from Miramar to Frangista to Crystal Beach areas......this rental is now one of our top three. We'll be back!

  The room and view were amazing. Everything was clean and new in appearance. Plenty of room for several people to sleep comfortably. I will definitely be requesting this room in the future.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  Beautiful condo. Have stayed at Sterling Shores for the last several years and this was one the nicest condos there. Best place in Destin to stay, two pools, short walk to beach, close to restaurants and shopping and The Track, nice area for my husband and I to walk every morning and a Tiki Bar on the beach! A very relaxing time and the owners were a gem to work with. The two king beds were very comfortable, I only have one suggestion, although I understand having two twin beds in one of the bedrooms my 20 year old son found them to be very uncomfortable. Overall a great time and great accomodations!

  Loved this condo! It was just perfect for our family. We have been coming to Destin for years and this was our first time to stay at Sterling Shores. Our children and grandchildren are already asking to stay here again. The huge balcony with the beautiful view was amazing! The pool was awesome and such a short walk to the beach. This condo provided everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

  Thank you very much for letting us stay at your beatifully decorated condo. My family had a great weeks worth of fun in the sun and always came back to a very relaxing place to recoup. I would recommend this condo to anyone and we definately plan on coming back.

  We LOVED staying in your home at Sterling Shores! We arrived just in time for a late lunch at the Back Porch, and later a thunderstorm provided a great excuse to open the balcony doors just a little and watch the waves until drifting off for a nap! Good start to a relaxing vacation, huh?!! After that, the weather was perfect: warm sun, cool breeze, and perfectly clear water with not a shred of seaweed! Loved starting off everyday with breakfast on the balcony and the fabulous views of the beach and dolphins playing in the ocean! Your condo is beautifully decorated with the perfect balance between luxury and comfort, just as it is pictured. We've been to Destin several times and this is now our favorite place to stay! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home on the beach, we hope to come back soon!!

  Loved our stay at your condo in Aug 2011. We felt right at home from the time we walked in. It was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. We have stayed at other Sterling Shores units in the past and I think this one will move to the top of our favorites list. Can't wait to go back!!
