You look out onto the calm and tranquil Pacific Ocean that hypnotizes you into relaxation. Walk down the hill along the lush tropical jungle and in just 10 or 15 minutes you will find yourself at the Blue Chairs on Playa Los Muertos Beach and the center of the Zona Romantica/Old Town.

Accommodation rates do not include food, beverages, liquor, or long distance
phone usage. A minimum stay is 7 nights, however some exceptions may be
arranged upon a limited basis, please inquire. Form of payment is by cash,
personal check, cashiers check, or wire transfer. Deposits are 50% of the total
rental amount. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival with the exception
of reservations made for special holidays which require full payment
60 days prior to arrival. Special monthly and multi-month rates are available.
