Comfortable home located in Wildwood Subdivision. Five minutes away from Food Lion grocery store. Other stores in that plaza include Andy's, Manny and Olga's Pizza, ABC Liquor store, a bank, a real estate office, and a DrugCo.
The house has a game room attached by a breezeway. The game room has a window a/c unit. It contains a TV hooked up to cable programming, air hockey table, ping pong table, card table, dartboard, and a comfortable futon! Please bring your own linens!
The neighborhood has its own boat ramp. It takes about three minutes by water to get from the boat ramp to the home. Home sits towards the end of Club Drive. At the end of Club Drive is the community swimming pool, club house, and playground. Most guests walk there from the home but you can also access it from the water.
You can dock your boat or PWC to the boathouse. There is a boat on the boatlift so the lift is not available. Water depth ranges from about 5' at the end of the dock to 3' before it gets too shallow for a boat. There are four marinas close to the home. Each marina has something different to offer. Morningstar has the famous carp which all of the kids love to feed! The campground marine on the south side of the lake has a miniature golf area. Washburn's marina has plenty of live bait! And finally Stonehouse has great boat rentals!
