The master suite has a private bath with a one King bed and one Twin bed. The guest bed room has one King bed and one Twin bed. The kitchen comes with fully equipped and includes a microwave and dishwasher.

Year Purchased: 2008
We had our first Kingston property 2004 and fell in love with the resort and sold the property 3 months later because of the job situation. We have not been able to buy it back due to the huge price run up for several years. Finally we saw the price we liked in 2008. Here we are, proud owners again at Kingston.
We renovated the place after the purchase and hope you enjoy your stay

The beautiful unit, along with its perfectly situated location, offers much to be desired. Our time spent in the villa was, without question, a very pleasurable experience. The villa is adequately furnished and has been very well maintained. My family is looking forward to future stays and hopes to maintain a special friendship with the owners.

This is a beautiful and comfortable villa. Peaceful but yet not too far from the beach. My family had a wonderful time. The kitchen was well equiped which is a plus for my family. The owner is great to work with. We plan to return yearly.
