Plan your Mexico vacation in this spacious 3 bedroom, 3 full bath beachfront property in the Grand Venetian condominium. Reside in the center of activity only minutes from the airport or city. This unit features comfortable yet high style design with all the modern conveniences. This 11th floor balcony captures an incredible ocean view, and seen to your left is the curve of the Bay of Banderas which provides a spectacular "city lights" view at night.

Fireworks can be seen from the balcony several nights most weeks. A second balcony shared by the two rear bedrooms provides an impressive view of the Sierra Madre mountains and city.

Guests say the photos do not do the unit justice! The apartment is appointed with cable TVs in all 3 bedrooms plus a 40" flatscreen in the living room. Original artwork and high quality prints decorate the walls. All three walk-in showers are unusually deep and roomy, and two of the bathrooms feature twin sinks. The kitchen is amply appointed with high quality cookware and probably every tool or amenity you have at home.

The dining room buffet is stocked with games for your use. The washer and dryer are in the unit and only for your use. Ample towels, beach towels, and linens are supplied. The apartment including balconies measures over 2,000 square feet. Each room has vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans. Other high-end features include halogen lighting, kitchen and bath granite countertops, extra pillows, local and imported furnishings, stylish bed coverings and linens and more.

Maid service during your stay is available for a nominal charge as is grocery shopping in advance of you arrival. One underground garage parking space is allotted for those who have a car. There is easy access to both taxis and buses in front of the building, and concierge or security personnel will summon a taxi right up to the lobby for you. Local property management service is only a phone call away in the event you have any needs at all.

The Grand Venetian has excellent features. You enter the building into the open air, high tropical style lobby. Enjoy the fountains, waterfalls, and the entry drive lined with urns of flowering vines. Enjoy the property's sprawling river-like infinity pools with hot tubs as well as the condo tower's own pool, all ocean front. You can also use the game room with card and pool table, a 12 seat movie room, fitness center, and business center.

The Grand Venetian neighbors the Peninsula Plaza on one side within an easy 10 minute walk which houses a Starbucks, Chili's, several restaurants, a food court, 2 ice cream parlors, a video casino, several banks, occasional live entertainment in the courtyard, jewelry and upscale clothes stores and gift shops and a liquor store.

On the opposite side is the Holiday Inn, which can be accessed within 5 minutes through the beach entrance, and has several indoor and outdoor restaurants and bars, a tour desk company, convenience store, and water sports sales. Within a 5 minute taxi ride or short walk are several grocery stores, a Sams Club, Wal-Mart, the Liverpool (highend) mall, and many more stores, restaurants and activities.

  • I rented this condo for 7 days in July, and my family and I had a wonderful time. Lee was great providing us with information prior to our arrival (thank you so much Lee). Condo has beautiful views of Puerto Vallarta and the ocean, and also is beautiful decorated inside. We sat on the balcony every night and watch the fireworks around 9:30pm. People are very friendly in Puerto Vallarta, and we will visit again in the future.

  • We really enjoyed renting this condo, this was our first experience renting and was a very good choice for us. The setting is beautiful, and enjoyed having local stores and two shopping malls within walking distance. The unit in itself is very comfortable, and quiet. The place is furnished with excellent quality amenties. We would return again, and recommend this place for others.

  • This is an unbelievable condo - so beautiful. We were shocked by the beauty and views when we first walked in the unit. But even better than the gorgeous views, perfect location and beautiful furnishings was the management. The owner is the best VRBO we have ever used. Incredibly professional, detailed and very helpful. We were met promptly in the lobby by the owners management team and they were there to check us out right on time. The place is only 10 minutes from the airport. The place was VERY well furnished (although we ate out at the many great restaurants). There are cabs right outside or we took the bus for $5 pesos into town (10 minutes and a lot of fun). We will definitely return to this unit. Stacey Donahue

  • Fabulous place in Puerto Vallarta! We have been to PV many times over the course of the past 13 years and we highly recommend this Oceanfront Condo. Great location in the Hotel Zone, the Soriana (grocery store) and Corona store is a half mile away, bus stop is right in front so easy access to downtown (short ride.) The place itself is beautiful, nicely decorated and awesome views! We even saw a baby whale from the balcony in the bay, pretty incredible. Pool area is quiet and very relaxing. Great shrimp quesadilla's right on the beach, white tents - a must for lunch. The cuisine in Puerto Vallarta is truly a highlight, some great restaurants to pick from. We will be staying here again, just a matter of when!

  • Spent 5 great days at the beach over spring break 2009 with the family here. The kids, 10,6,3 all had a great time at the pools and beach. The pictures really do represent what you get here. Our first time renting a condo and this experience exceeded our expecatations. The owner of the unit was very helpful in answering all of our pre arrival questions, and we had many. We can't wait to go back and stay in this unit again.

  • We stayed at the condo from 1/4 to 1/14, 2009. We loved it. It has been decorated with quality furniture and the kitchen is fully equiped. The location is perfect a very short cab ride to town to enjoy all the restaurants, shops and art galleries. The Pennisula Inn Mall is right next door - so you can easily get a Starbucks fix! And if you like you can take a chance at the slot machines on the 2nd floor. Our favorite thing to do was sit on the balcony every night watch the Pirate Ship - at 9:30 pm you will see fireworks. It doesn't get better than this -- with an ocean view. You can walk on the beach or enjoy one of the 3 large swimming pools - heated of course! We will be back to this condo - we won't stay anywhere else in Puerto Vallarta.

  • I've stayed here twice and will return again. The balcony and pools are great. They exceed those of any hotel I've stayed at. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is decorated extremely well. Lot's of space and well done. Great city too. Can't beat the restaurants and strolling around downtown. Condo, balcony and pools are the highlight.

  • I had the pleasure of staying in this unit late November. While the pictures paint a lovely setting - they can not come close to describing the true beauty or experience you will have. The condo is totally amazing! You will find it hard to leave the place - it is too easy to stay in and enjoy the surroundings. The setting is perfect- great views from each balcony. Paradise best discribes the grounds. The condo is fully stocked w/everything you could possibly imagine. You are conveniently located between the airport/ mariana/ town - walking or short cab ride. This is definetly a top vacation pick!!!!
