As several others have noted, the size of the condo, the views from the balconies, the well equiped kitchen, the availability to stores and old town, are just phenomenal! On top of all of that, the owner is one of the most helpful and agreeable persons we have dealt with on a vacation. He was completely open to us putting up netting on the balconies (although it is not needed) to ensure our peace of mind with the toddler granddaughter. He provided us with the greatest instructions, including arranging for airport pick-up, meeting his manager (who showed up with an Easter bunny after meeting our granddaughter), and accepting our late request and processing it immediately. The beach in front of the condo is lively, very Mexican and at the moment includes the possibility of outdoor massages on the beach (2 for the price of 1 when we were there), which we all took advantage of, of course. There is a large supermarket within walking distance as well as several very good resturants (Japanese, steak, fish) so a car is not necessary. Taxis to the old town are reasonable and the condo staff will call and arrange within minutes. We were 5 adults and one toddler and there was still more than enough towels for the pools and the beach. One of my favorite finds was the two cuddley terrycloth bath robes in our bathroom. A really great place to just chill out and watch the world or jump into all of the activities. Our granddaughter learned a few new words to illustrate how much time we spent on the ocean balcony....bird, boat, ballon, and breakfast! This apartment is fantastic.

We recently returned from a two week stay at Lee's wonderful condo. It is even better than represented here. The accommodations are first class. The views are amazing. You have all you need in the kitchen although we took full advantage of PV' s wonderful restaurants. The pools are delightful and never seemed too crowded. Security was present and helpful. We hope to return next year

This condo is everything it says it is. Spectacular! The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. We were there for New Year's Eve and I have to say it was the best fireworks display I have ever seen! We had 2 children ages 8 & 9 and 4 adults in our party and there was plenty of room in the condo for everyone. The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need from games, internet connection, cable tv etc... The pool and grounds at the GV are beautiful. Perfect for all ages. Everything at the GV is very well taken care of. The restaurant on site makes grabbing lunch and cocktails an easy way to spend the day at the pool. Desantos restaurant is very good and within walking distance. You can grab a cab ride to town or take the bus right outside the gate. We look forward to coming back to the GV. Lee was very helpful and easy to communicate with. He responds quickly if you have questions. We couldn't have had a better trip!
Owner response:So glad you liked the condo and grounds and I have a host of additional restaurant recommendations! Thanks for adding Desantos. To the readers of this and the previous review, one family checked out 12/31 and the next checked in 12/31, that is why two families are both writing of spending New Years there.

My wife and I stayed in this unit over Christmas and New Years Eve with our three children, ages 19, 21 and 22. Everyone loved the unit, the property grounds, location, view and amenities. The landlord is very responsive to questions before you arrive and has professional staff on site to meet you upon your arrival. We would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family.

Right on the ocean, this condo is tastefully decorated and spacious with all the comforts we could want. On the eleventh floor, the views were perfect. The large front balcony was a great place to ease into the day, have breakfast or dinner, relax and read, sip a cocktail, watch the birds, or check out the pool activity below. The modern kitchen had everything needed and was great for cooking. The pool area, with several large blue pools, was pristinely clean with manicured landscaping, choices or sun or shade, and offering a restaurant/bar with good food and reasonable prices. The fitness room was convenient and fairly well equipped with many aerobic machines and a weight station. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was far enough away from the noise and hubbub of the Malecon to be truly relaxing, but close enough that an inexpensive cab or cheap bus ride would get you to the action in a few minutes. Taxis were always waiting a bus stop was right in front. Groceries, shops, and restaurants were within an easy walk. A great place and highly recommended.

This condo has all the comforts of home and more (a better kitchen than mine). Driving through the main gate we took notice of the beautifully landscaped grounds with palms and lush tropical flowers and foliage. The open air lobby is impressive and inviting with a great ocean breeze even on the hottest days. The condo was fully furnished with everything we needed for a great vacation. The décor is very stylish and chic with a contemporary feel. The beds, pillows and linens gave us a great night’s sleep. There were plenty of fluffy towels as well as beach towels. The washer and dryer were a great bonus to have. The gourmet fully furnished kitchen had everything we needed and was great for cooking breakfast. There is a large grocery store several blocks away. We were able to walk to it but we took a cab to get groceries back to the condo. We enjoyed the balcony with its awesome views of the bay and town. It had a table for six and a hot tub. The WIFI works throughout the condo including the balcony. There were six people and in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone. The complex has at least four swimming pools and plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas and several little cabanas. There is a cute open air restaurant at the pool that serves meals, snacks and drinks. You can eat in the restaurant or the waiters will come to you where you are seated at one of the pools. The guacamole was amazing. I had it every day. Yum! Overall I highly recommend this condo. We had an awesome time.

The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and inviting. Everything was provided, which made for a relaxing week. The grounds are pristine, and the numerous infinity pools with the view of the beach and water were breathtaking. When needed, the condo staff was courteous and helpful. Shops and eateries within walking distance, and easy access to taxis and buses to explore further. All in all, a great place to vacation, soak up the sun, eat and relax. What could be better?

My husband, daughter and her children just recently returned from a most wonderful experience of staying in this condo. We found it to be convenient, comfortable and absolutely beautiful! Another great plus of this property is that the owner was so helpful in providing useful information. Shopping for your basic needs are a quick easy walk.CRüe property is conveniently located midway between the airport and downtown. I have been to Puerto Vallarta multiple times and I don't think I have ever stayed at a prettier place. The views are stunning and everything you need is right there.

We recently stayed at Lee's Condo during President's Week 2011. This is a beautiful condo with awesome views of the water. Pictures do not do this home justice. It accommodated 8 people comfortably. Lee was extremely helpful and transaction was smooth. This home is located in the 1st tower overlooking the pool and water. Waking up early in the morning to watch the sun rise and the whales in the bay, is breathtaking. Do not pass this up.

This listing is spot on! Very nice property with amenities exactly as described. The owner is gracious & responsive. While (unlike the other over-acheivers who wrote in the guest book) we simply chilled, read, sunned & ate, we plan to return & better explore the area from here.

We had a wonderful week at this fabulous condo, arriving the week before Christmas. With the three separate bedrooms and bathrooms and two with king size beds, our party of two couples and one single fit the condo very well. We golfed at Vista Vallarta golf course twice. This course boasts two fabulous 18 hole courses so we played each one - once. The bouganvilla was in full bloom on the course and absolutely stunning. The lunch there was also above average. We got comfortable with a local beach comber providing tours and purchased a boat ride out to see whales in the bay and were fortunate to see two whales, the pirate ship up close (which was fun), several turtles and several schools of dolphins. He also set us up on the Canyon River Canopy Tours (ziplining) for 30% less than the normal going rates, a favorite of the trip. The Mexican bartering was a highlight of the trip. We brought home many Mexican Christmas presents. We loved your decor so much, our daughter picked up some turtles for her outdoor courtyard. The condo layout was fabulous. We met Cindy and Jarrod and they provided above average service delivering some needed items within 5 minutes of our request. The grounds and pools were also one of the favorites and we thoroughly enjoyed just laying by the pools, soaking up the great Mexican sun and the fabulous drinks - a few to many probably. We hope to return soon to the wonderful city of Peurto Vallarta and will definitley stay at this same place.

Our family has just returned from a 2 week vacation in Lee's condo. We were 2 families, totalling 8. The condo had exceeded our expectations!!!!The owner "Lee" has exceeded our expectations!!!! Jared the manager is also spectacular and helped a lot with recommendations. What a beautiful place! The condo and complex are absolutely a five star rating. It was truly paradise! Situated right on the beach. We enjoyed a many nights and mornings on the deck watching dolphins in the ocean, boats sailing by, pirate ships shooting off fireworks every night, fishermen, or just people on the beach. What a spectacular place to be! A short ride to the Malecon, shops, grocery, restaurants and more. The buses and taxis are all accessible easily. Service at the complex was impeccable. Our relaxing days at the many infinity pools were magnificent. We truly had a vacation of a lifetime. We will return to PV someday and would not hesitate to rent Lee's condo again. Would never dream of staying anywhere else in PV. Would highly recommend booking your stay in this magnificent condo. I know we will definitely return again!!!!!

Our family of 5 stayed here in July 2010 and loved every minute of it!! The space was perfect for our family with plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the use of the pools every day, especially our 6 year old. We have family in PV so we had no issues with transportation as they taxied us everywhere we wanted/needed to go. I found Lee to be a pleasure to deal with he is very attentive and responsive to questions or concerns about the property and PV in general - a real good guy to deal with. We did have housekeeping come during during our visit and she did a great job and really took her time, definately worth it. The photos are definately "what you see is what you get", you won't be disappointed. We ate breakfast on the balcony overlooking the pools and the bay every morning (even if it was raining). We watched fireworks from the pirate ship every evening around 9:30pm. There are definately grocery stores close by so you can stock up on supplies and keep in the condo. Nearby activities... We enjoyed massages at the Marina, a private taxi boat ride to Las Animas, Shopping of course lots of great shopping opportunities and places to eat! I would definately recommend this property to anyone visiting PV and I hope for us to return someday soon as well, maybe next time in the winter when the weather is less rainy.

This condo is beautiful, spacious, an offers and unbeatable view. I was impressed with the quality of the interior: modern appliances, large showers, comfortable beds, and plenty of living area. The building is well maintained with a helpful and friendly staff. My primary complaint is around how far away the Malecon and Old Town were (i.e. where all the good restaurants and night life are). We did not have a car, so we had to flag a cab for $10 each way. However, I suppose if you rent a car, this will not be an issue. On that note, a nearby Starbucks was a plus.

Lee's condo was just about perfect. We had 8 guys staying there and we had more than enough room for hanging out and sleeping. We spent many nights with all of us just sitting out on the deck, drinking some pacificos, and taking in the constant sea breeze. The place is right on the beach. There's a Costco, some grocery stores, and a mall with a Starbucks within walking distance. It's about a 50-100 peso taxi ride to the Malecon, depending on which type of cab you take. You can also hop on one of the frequent buses to the Malecon for 6.5 pesos. Lee was great about answering our questions and giving us advice on what to do and how to get around in Puerto Vallarta. As expected, the property manager met us at the door and gave us the rundown. We couldn't have found a better value in all of Puerto Vallarta.

I have been travelling for 20 years mostly to 5 star all inclusive resorts because of the convenience. Puerto Vallarta was different as we have relatives there. Booking Lee's condo was the correct decision. The view was fabulous, the condo exquisite, located close to shopping (Walmart, Costco) within 5 min taxi drive. There were 7 people including 3 small children and we had lots of room. We will definitely rent Lees condo in the future.

This is an unbelievable condo - so beautiful. We were shocked by the beauty and views when we first walked in the unit. But even better than the gorgeous views, perfect location and beautiful furnishings was the management. The owner is the best VRBO we have ever used. Incredibly professional, detailed and very helpful. We were met promptly in the lobby by the owners management team and they were there to check us out right on time. The place is only 10 minutes from the airport. The place was VERY well furnished (although we ate out at the many great restaurants). There are cabs right outside or we took the bus for $5 pesos into town (10 minutes and a lot of fun). We will definitely return to this unit. Stacey Donahue

Fabulous place in Puerto Vallarta! We have been to PV many times over the course of the past 13 years and we highly recommend this Oceanfront Condo. Great location in the Hotel Zone, the Soriana (grocery store) and Corona store is a half mile away, bus stop is right in front so easy access to downtown (short ride.) The place itself is beautiful, nicely decorated and awesome views! We even saw a baby whale from the balcony in the bay, pretty incredible. Pool area is quiet and very relaxing. Great shrimp quesadilla's right on the beach, white tents - a must for lunch. The cuisine in Puerto Vallarta is truly a highlight, some great restaurants to pick from. We will be staying here again, just a matter of when!

We stayed at the condo from 1/4 to 1/14, 2009. We loved it. It has been decorated with quality furniture and the kitchen is fully equiped. The location is perfect a very short cab ride to town to enjoy all the restaurants, shops and art galleries. The Pennisula Inn Mall is right next door - so you can easily get a Starbucks fix! And if you like you can take a chance at the slot machines on the 2nd floor. Our favorite thing to do was sit on the balcony every night watch the Pirate Ship - at 9:30 pm you will see fireworks. It doesn't get better than this -- with an ocean view. You can walk on the beach or enjoy one of the 3 large swimming pools - heated of course! We will be back to this condo - we won't stay anywhere else in Puerto Vallarta.

I had the pleasure of staying in this unit late November. While the pictures paint a lovely setting - they can not come close to describing the true beauty or experience you will have. The condo is totally amazing! You will find it hard to leave the place - it is too easy to stay in and enjoy the surroundings. The setting is perfect- great views from each balcony. Paradise best discribes the grounds. The condo is fully stocked w/everything you could possibly imagine. You are conveniently located between the airport/ mariana/ town - walking or short cab ride. This is definetly a top vacation pick!!!!
