Welcome to one of the newest remodeled and unique 3 bedroom condo in Wailea. Not only does this ground floor condo have great ocean views; it has a cozy and comfortable interior that was designed to be both energy efficient (all new energy saving appliances), environmentally friendly (bamboo cabinetry and blinds throughout), and have a warm inviting homey feel that appeals to both adults and young children alike.
This 3 bedroom / 2 bath condo has approximately 1,500 sq ft of living space and a huge wrap-around lanai for enjoying whale watching, ocean breezes, and beautiful sunsets. Each room has its own flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and AC unit.
The huge master bedroom has a California King bed with beautiful hand carved mahogany furniture, a double-sink master bath with a travertine shower, a walk-in closet, and a private lanai for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
You will be hard pressed to drag the kids out of the "Tiki Room" or second bedroom, which has two twin beds and is decorated with surfboard headboards, bamboo furniture, and decorative surfing paddles on the wall.
The third bedroom has a queen bed with tropical furniture made from bamboo and coconut shell. The coconut bra and grass skirt can be taken off the wall and worn if ever in the mood for a little hula dancing.
The gathering or family room has a bar height mahogany table that can seat 6, a pullout queen sofa sleeper, a 47" HDTV flat screen TV, and surround sound system for enjoying movies, your iPod, or music CD's. From every location in this room, you can enjoy entertaining, to what's on TV, to the beautiful surrounding views through the lanai.
The full kitchen is decked out in bamboo cabinetry, bamboo wall panels, and a unique bamboo lighted wall system that surrounds the bar area. The countertops infuse a variety of colors from the Hawaiian Bordeaux granite which ties in the cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.
If you are a tennis and/or golf enthusiast, then this truly is the right spot. In addition to its ocean views, this condo overlooks the Wailea Tennis Club, and access to three of the islands top golf courses just around the corner.

- This newly remodeled condo has all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, bamboo cabinets, travertine shower in the master bath, all new furniture, AC units, and ceiling fans and bamboo blinds in every room. Kids will love the Tiki Bedroom with two twin beds. Enjoy sunsets on the Lanai as you look out onto the ocean. A variety of games are provided. Be sure to take advantage of the two pools and hot tubs on premises. One of the best beaches for swimming and snorkeling is just a quick walk across the golf course to Ulua Beach.

The condo was as described. It was in a great location with fantastic amenities. All we needed to supply was food and drinks, everything we needed was at the condo, especially for our long beach days. It was a perfect set up for our family and my husband's family. The condo could use a little maintenance, as the shower head in the main bathroom had issues, the toilette paper holder was coming loose and the screen doors were difficult to slide open and maybe needs a new coffee maker.. Nothing major though, it was clean and well kept otherwise. Had a fantastic vacation. Would definitely stay at this condo again and recommend to others!

Hi Jim! Just wanted to say hello and THANK YOU for our wonderful experience at your condo in Maui! :) We felt right at home, very comfortable, and enjoyed the ambiance and the views! The week went by way too fast! Can't wait to come back to Hawaii and see more of this beautiful state! Although we had been on a quick business trip to Maui 25 years ago, this time we really got to see and explore the area, and it is now one of our very favorite places! :) We totally enjoyed our visit, spending most of our time in Kihei, Wailea and Makena, mostly on the beaches. We were hooked on snorkeling and swimming with the sea turtles! :) The rental equipment from Snorkel Bob's was great, and the maps and help from the staff there was wonderful, too. Ulua Beach was by far our favorite, although we visited Wailea, Polo, Makena, Kihei ,Sugar. Hookipa and Big/Little Beach also. Scott played some golf ( Elleair, Pukilani and Makena) and we did drive and see the sights, the beaches and the resorts. The seafood dinners were REALLY good, and our new favorite fish to eat is the native monchong, at the Maaleia Waterfront. We also had some good meals and tropical drinks at Mama's Fish House, Joe's Bar and Grill, Mulligans, Kimo's and the Humuhumu.... at the Grand Wailea. Every other night we barbequed at the condo and enjoyed a relaxing evening there! We were so impressed with the ocean: calm, clean, warm and clear, that we skipped a lot of the tourist "adventures" and spent more time there relaxing and swimming every day. Shopping in Lahaina and the Shops at Wailea was fun for me, too! Mahalo for all the info you sent our way for our trip! Hope you and your family are doing well! Have a great summer! Jim, Personally, I think it is fabulous all the items you have here for guests to use. My wife and I have been renting on Maui for 20 years now (yep, we should have bought a place years ago) and we both commented that this is the best stocked place we have ever stayed in and we really liked that fact. Hi Jim and Mary. Thank you for allowing us to share your Maui home once again. We certainly appreciate it. The time flew by and now we are facing the snow instead of the sandy beaches. Luckily it is above 0 degrees which is nice for here. Your home is very comfortable and well equipped. We appreciated having the phone there this year too.
