Drive up, unload and park under the covered entry (porte-cochere). Ample parking in the heated driveway is also available in addition to two spaces in the heated garage.
Start your day by skiing out the back door down to the Snowflake lift chair or down to the Gondola and ski back in on the Skiway Skyway ski run.
Then enjoy a walk to town for dinner down the Four O' Clock ski run at the end of the day, if you don't want to worry about parking in town, as this is one of the few locations in Breckenridge so close to town and right on a ski run.

A disaster!

We rented this home for us and several of our guests to stay at for our wedding and to also host our rehearsal dinner. Upon arrival, there was a notice from the electric company attached to the door that the electricity had been turned off due to a very over due bill. I tried calling the "emergency" number that Carla had given to us. The number went straight to voice mail and the mail box was full. I tried calling Carla (who had never answered her phone, rarely texts or emails in the past) and nothing new there-no answer. I texted her to inform her of what had happened and that were expecting guests in a few hours. She did respond to my text message with there had been a misunderstanding and the issue would be resolved. I asked that she please call me instead of texting which she replied she was unable. I talked to Excel Energy several times that day who gave me an entirely different story. The electricity was turned back on several hours later after all our food had been sitting out for hours. We also ended up having to clean her freezer due to their huge tub of ice cream that melted and caused a huge mess. The hot tub she promised me would be working was filthy and smelly. I had to wash all the linens on the beds due to the sour smell. The sink in the master bedroom was sealed off and not working nor was that toilet half the time. There was no toilet paper in the entire house when we arrived as well as basic kitchen items that we needed (wine opener, can opener, etc) that she ensured us was fully stocked and we would not need to bring anything. I would never recommend this property simply due to the unreliable renter. We rented the property for a total of four nights but left after three just to get back to our own clean home.
