Our condo was originally a Story and Clark Piano factory. The unit has high ceilings and exposed beams on all three floors. Two of four walls are the original brick. We have a reconditioned 1960's piano that was built in our building. The kitchen was remodeled three years ago with cherry wood cabinets and new stainless appliances. This is our second home and we love it!
We are one of the few condos that has a "real" front door and entry to our garage from within our unit. We have two decks with terrific views of Grand Haven's waterfront scene. There is original artwork throughout and taupe leather couches in the living room. Enjoy the beachfront during the day and the street activity from our decks at night.
