This is a spacious and clean studio apartment located in a wonderful doorman building in the heart of New York City's most famous neighborhood, Greenwich Village.

The building, which has three elevators, also includes friendly doormen, who are available in the lobby 24 hours a day. A laundry room is also located just steps away from the apartment.

As for the location, it is also amazingly convenient. The building is located on Bleecker between Thompson and Sullivan streets. There are tons of restaurants and shops all around. If you feel like exploring other parts of Manhattan, all major subway lines are within a five minute walk. And while the neighborhood is always full of life, you can rest assured that the apartment, located on the 5th floor, faces an area of the building that shields it from all street-level noise.

Included in the apartment is a 42-inch plasma television for your viewing pleasure. Besides a full-sized bed, there is also a pull-out sofa bed that includes a full-sized mattress. All bedding sheets are included.

There is also a full-sized bathroom with a shower/bathtub (towels provided), as well as a kitchen that overlooks the living area. The kitchen includes a stove top oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer in case you decide to buy and cook your own food from neighborhood grocery stores. All dishware is included as well.

The apartment is a no-smoking apartment. If you need to smoke, simply take the elevator down to the lobby and smoke outside of the building please. There are also no pets allowed.

Storage-wise, there will be three closets that you can use to store your luggage.

This apartment also comes with central air. During the summer months, you can control if and when you want air conditioning. During the winter months, you can control the heat as well.

If you bring a laptop, free wireless internet access will be provided. You will also have the choice of using the wireless internet that the building provides as well, but for a fee.

Basically, you have NYC at your fingertips, but the luxury of a an amazing neighborhood and a great studio apartment - not a hotel room - at your disposal.
