Gorgeous Getaway in Pagosa Springs. Perfect for 2 couples or a family. Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home on 3 acres with a monster view of Pagosa Peak. Just down the street from a National Forest entrance, where you can hike, mountain bike, cross country ski or snowmobile.
Gourmet kitchen with Kitchen Aid appliances and propane gas stove top. Wustof knives, lots of pots and pans, dishes glasses, wine glasses etc.
Large master bedroom suite with queen bed and extra large bathroom including jetted tub.
Second bedroom has queen bed, small private balcony,and 37' flat screen.Third bedroom has a dbl futon and large pine desk, makes a great kids room or office. Two other Coleman queen air beds are available with sleeping bags. A very comfy campout for the kids in front of the fire in the great room.
Front and rear covered decks for lounging,gas and charcoal BBQ. Wood burning fireplace in great room, which is open to kitchen and has a wonderful bar facing kitchen with 4 barstools.
Two HD TV's with separate satellite receivers, (one in great room and one in master bedroom) and each has own DVD player.Second bedroom with 37' flat screen does not have separate receiver and must be accessed from reciever in master bedroom. Stereo system with XM and CD player.

This home was just the lovely and quiet getaway we were looking for. After one day of being out and about, we decided we would rather just "stay put" and enjoy Robbie's lovely home. Every evening we built a fire in the lovely fireplace and every morning we enjoyed breakfast in the spacious kitchen. Most everything we needed - including wi-fi, washer / dryer and firewood - was provided in this nicely-appointed home.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

The photos are very representative of this beautiful, cozy home and the owner was wonderful to work with. The location was perfect - close to town, but far enough away to allow for unobstructed star gazing on the private deck. The home was clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated - we felt so pampered! In the 8+ years we've been visiting pagosa Springs this is the best home we have rented and will come back! If visiting, be sure to eat at Kips, get a snack at the Pagosa Bakery and take the tour at Chimney Rock!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay at your home! We had all the amenities of home but all the fun of Colorado on our ski trip. Coming from Houston, my favorite part was the roaring fire place every night. Our favorite place for good beer and pizza was the Pagosa Brewery, but get there early it gets crowed. This property met all of our expectations from the listing descriptions and photos. We look forward to coming back in May.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

that we could have such a GREAT time in Pagosa Springs, much less this beautiful home! This home is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Pagosa without losing any significant amt of time getting to restaurants, activities and shopping. It was the perfect combo of being in the beauty of CO without sacrificing any amenities at the end of the day. The property is immaculately maintained and extremely comfortable. It's everything that is promised in the description. Robbie, the owner, is helpful and kind whenever we asked him a question -- and we asked ALOT of questions! :) I have already forwarded the link to friends and family so they can share in the joy of our stay also. Do not miss out in THE PAGOSA BAKING COMPANY - coffee, burritos, cookies, sandwiches and tea selection to die for! Also, BACCHI'S italian food was super yummy - especially the caesar salad and the baked rigatoni. The dudes at SKI AND BOW RACK in downtown were awesome helping us getting started with our fishing. And THE SPRINGS were incredible (off the river that runs through town) where we got a day pass for the whole family (kids included) and soaked in the natural mineral hot springs to our hearts desire for hours. Thank you, Pagosa, and thank you, Robbie! This Texas family had one rockin' time!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This feels like home! It is beautiful, comfortable & functional. It has everything you need to relax and enjoy your time with family and friends. It is conveniently located and yet you feel like you have privacy. The back deck was especially enjoyable for viewing the mountains and the wildlife.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

About the owner: Hi my name is Robbie Pepper in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. This is my personal home that I also live in sometimes, as I have been travelling and working out of state.
Why the Owner Chose Pagosa Springs:
The neighborhood is located near several National Forest entrances where you can hike, bike, horseback ride, and relax. There is over a million acres of National forest surrounding this area. Currently my neighborhood is not very built up, so although there are homes nearby the lots are 3 plus acres with about 12 surrounding acres not built on.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
It's quiet, and the view of Pagosa Peak is awesome. In the summer the nights are cool, so air conditioning is not really necessary. Nice big deck in back with a huge view.
