This was our first visit, but definitely not our last. Susan was great to work with in arranging everything before the trip and was happy to answer all my questions. The condo is clean, well decorated, and nicely updated. The location, however, was by far the best aspect. My husband and I traveled with my almost two year old daughter and walking out the back door for the beach access was awesome! We've just gotten back and are already counting down the days for our next visit. Thank you again for an amazing vacation!

The Perfect Vacation

We had the perfect first family vacation in Destin!!! We have two girls, five and two!!! And our condo was perfect for families of small children. We were only a few yards from the beach and that made it perfect so we could run back and forth from the beach to the condo! Our condo was very comfortable and accommodating!!! I would most definitely recommend this condo to anyone and I hope to visit Destin again and stay in the same condo in the future!!! Susan was so helpful with making our vacation and stay a success!!

Your condo was just as advertised! We had a fantastic week and would love to come back both to Sandpiper Cove and this unit. It was super clean and decorated very nicely. We felt that everything we needed for the week was there......nicely appointed kitchen, plenty of towels, newer bedding, washer/dryer, games, puzzles, sand toys, and boogie boards. We enjoyed the golf, tennis, and swimming, but most of all the great location right on the beach. It was so nice to wake in the morning and only need to take a few steps into the sand. The owner was helpful from the start and did everything she said she would do in arranging for our arrival. My teenagers spent hours on the beach and really enjoyed reasonably priced stand-up paddle board rentals right on site. A winner!

My family stayed in this condo the 4th of July week. The condo was wonderful! It was very clean and spacious. It was great that my 7 year old could go out the back door and be in the sand. She was able to play while I could still see her from the kitchen and living room. The ocean is a very short walk, so; if you forget something that you need on the beach you can run back and get it quickly! We had a great time and I would recommend this condo to everyone!

Stayed there for 7 days summer '11. It is as advertised. The people are great to work with and I have no problem recommending this properity to friend or relative. What ever you would like to do is nearby. Great locaton, great condo, great beach.

I have rented several properties in the Destin area including several in Sandpiper. This property is by far my and my family's FAVORITE!! Location was perfect! Furnishings and amenities were great! My kids wanted to go ahead and make sure we booked the same Condo for next year - unfortunately we have to wait for school calendars....... Thanks for a wonderful family vacation!!

We were looking for a relaxing vacation on the beach for our April spring break vacation. This condo completely met our expectations. The condo was very clean and just as shown in the pictures. The location was close to everything we needed. Great views from the deck where we were able to drink our morning coffee and read a book while the kids slept. The beach was beautiful, close and was never crowded. Susan was very effiecient with quick responses to questions. Overall, we loved our first stay in Destin and we would not hesitate to stay in this condo again. Thanks again for a great vacation.

We stayed at this condo in March. It was everything the description promised - clean, spacious, nicely furnished and right on the beach. It's located in one of several cul-de-sacs that line the private beachfront at Sandpiper Cove, which makes if very convenient when heading to the beach. The owner's agent was most helpful in answering questions. For the first two weeks, a quiet Canadian couple lived above us and it was great. For the last couple weeks, a noisy family (4-5 people?) moved in and we could hear nearly every footstep, which is the only downside to the property. That said, I would still recommend this condo to friends or relatives. We'd rent again, except we need a bigger condo next year to accommodate all our friends and relatives who want to visit us. Sandpiper Cove is the best place to rent in Destin, in my opinion.

We were very pleased with this condo. The location is great and this unit is very comfortable, well-maintained, very attractive and well-appointed. I would definitely stay there again. I was a little nervous about the water and the beach because of the BP oil spill, but there was no evidence of oil in the beautiful clear water nor on the pristine white sand of Destin.

This condo is very clean and was a lot bigger than we thought it would be from the pictures. It's just steps from the beach and we were so impressed with the staff from the guards at the gates to the guys setting up our chairs everyday they were all so friendly and we were so at home! The beds were very comforatable and the bathrooms very clean. We can't wait to come back the location was great so close to everything. Susan was so kind thanks Susan for making our vacation so great!

What a great family vacation spot

Our first thought was that the photos did not do the location justice, it was roomier and nicer than we were expecting. This is an excellent location with just a few steps to the beach, a really awesome condo that was spotless and well maintained. There are beach toys for the kids, including a boogie board, games, beach chairs, and comfortable furniture/beds. The overall feel for the place is the kind of condo you'd want to own! The owners are good in providing information and follow-through on your comfort. Destin is still the brightest star on the Emerald Coast, with all sorts of things to do on the strip and the beaches. Restaurants to try include Landry's for upscale casual and McGuire's for the pub. The malls and shops really lack that touristy trap feel, and we love Destin! We plan on maintaining our relationship with the owners to ensure that we can get on the schedule for our next trip south!

My wife and I have been to Destin several times and this was by far our most memorable and enjoyable trip. We celebrated our 10 yr anniversary along with our two young children and John and Susan went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for this special occasion; even giving us an anniversary gift. I cannot thank them enough for their gesture. The property is located on Holiday Isle which is close to everything: Restaurants, Shopping, Golf, Nightlife, and the best beach in the panhandle. You are a short drive from Fort Walton Beach and a mere 20 minute drive down to visit Seaside, which is a quaint township that is a must see. If you are looking for an affordable NON-high rise unit but still be just a few yards from the beach; then this condo is for you. Sandpiper Cove offers 5 pools, a nine hole par three golf course, and a beverage/ food pavilion on the beach to name a few of the amenities. This condo is very clean and well maintained and has many child friendly attributes. We definitely look forward to staying here again.

I just returned Monday from spending 3 nights at this wonderful condo with my friends. Susan, who helped me was so friendly and helpful. When we arrived, we noticed every room was spotless. It was the first thing we noticed when we walked in. Clean and spacious! It was perfect being able to walk out from the patio directly onto the sand. We could all come and go as we wanted from the beach. The bedrooms were great sizes - especially the master area. We hit gold when we found this place. You can't go wrong if you are ever looking for a place. It could easily accommodate 6. It is also accessible to everything in Destin. Perfect location. I have already recommended to everyone I have talked with since my return. Thank you for sharing such a lovely property. I couldn't have had a better 60th birthday!!!

RELAXING VACATION

The time spent on this vacation was very relaxing and allowed my kids the opportunity to be kids on the beach. We were very happy with the location and upkeep of the facilities. This is a beautiful condo, updated and sharply appointed. The condo is well maintained and clean, with fantastic amenities such as wireless internet and a flat screen TV. We loved that we were only steps away from the white sand beach. There are also plenty of activities on the property for all ages. The location is close to the harbor and many great restaurants. I would recommend this condo to family and friends. Great spot to enjoy Destin!

we really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo with very comfortable beds.quality appliances, and easy access to beach and pavillion. We would highly recommend it to family and friends. It was very clean and even prettier than pictures display. When you are at Destin, plan a day trip to Pensacola and see the free Blue Angels practice at the Naval Air Station every Tues and Wed at 8:30 am weather permitting. It takes about an hour to get there and the show is an hour, then go through the unbelieveable Naval Air Museum. Get there early -there is a crowd. Then go to lunch in the historic 'Seville Quarter' at Rosie O'Gradies-so neat
