3 Bedroom 3.5 Bath Townhouse, located in Shipyard Plantation, just a short walk to the ocean.
This 3 bedroom, 2 story townhome features a living room and dining room combination. The living room is equipped with a television, DVD player and stereo. The living area opens onto a deck that offers convenient access to the pool and beach path. The deck has recently been renovated and expanded to feature a larger outdoor space than any other Tennismaster villa. The galley style kitchen opens to both the living area and a small breakfast nook.
The master bedroom is located on this floor also having a slider door that opens onto the deck. The master bedroom also features a private bath with a sunken tub and separate walk in shower stall.
The second and third bedrooms are located on the second floor. One bedroom features a King bed, television, and private bathroom with a tub shower combination. The third bedroom features two twin beds, television and private bathroom with a tub shower combination. Both guest bedrooms have access to a private deck.
301 Tennismaster also features an hour of free tennis a day at the Van der Meer tennis center.
Tennismaster Villas are spacious 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes located near the bike path. A short walk or bike ride takes you to the beach along a path bordered by lush landscaping and passing the Crown Plaza Resort. The complex pool is conveniently located, central to all villas.
