This ocean view townhouse is a 2nd floor, two story unit with 1400 square feet and has a balcony off the living room and a balcony off the master bedroom overlooking pool and ocean to the east and a balcony off the guest bedroom overlooking intra-coastal in the distance to the west. Completely furnished as a home away from home with Maytag commercial washers & dryers on-site as well as high speed internet throughout the condo complex.
The L shaped pool, largest in the area, allows for simultaneous swimming and wading. The pool has been completely surfaced with decorative tiles and the extra large pool deck is surfaced with decorative pavers and contains umbrellas, tables, chaise lounges and chairs.
Easy beach access via beach boardwalk and ample parking. Boats & jet skis are allowed with prior notification. Minutes away is the Nation's oldest city, historic and quaint St. Augustine with all the charm of its Spanish heritage, championship golf, flight school, marinas and fishing.
