The Laura Ashley inspired design of this house can be felt throughout. The owners are professional interior decorators and it shows. Five bedrooms make this house one of the biggest we have to offer.
The location is ideal as a central hub for your South Florida vacation. Mere minutes away by bicycle from the beaches of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, there is much to be enjoyed.
Here you can sunbathe on the sundeck, watch the boats go by or fish from the boat dock, while away the afternoon on the sundeck, and cool off in the swimming pool. Enjoy the sunshine on your own private sundeck and splash around in the pool. The covered outdoor grill area is fully equipped with seating for at least 12 people.
The indoor kitchen is well appointed with all the standard appliances and cookware, providing everything you might need to embark on your own culinary adventure. Sliding windows open up from the dining room, the family room, the master bedroom and the fifth bedroom to connect with the pool and sundeck, essentially creating a most unique space for easy and carefree living.
The living areas are comfortably appointed with tasteful furnishings and decorator tile. A large screen LCD TV is located in the family room so as not to totally lose contact with the world at large.
The open floor plan at the Laura Ashley inspired house includes five bedrooms with three bedrooms located on opposite ends of the house from the master bedroom. Sleeping accommodations for up to 10 people include a king size bed in the master bedroom, three bedrooms with a queen size bed, and one bedroom with two single beds. Two children can additionally be accommodated with pull out beds in the second bedroom.

Great holiday in Fort Lauderdale

We had a great time in Fort Lauderdale with the family. We were the whole family with 4 smaller children and the just loved the easy access pool. We were a bit worried about the canal running very close to the house and pool area, but the children learned fast the they were not to go close to the edge. The gas grill at the pool area was great and we had some excellent dinners out by the pool, actually we had every dinner out there. We even grilled some fish we caught going deep sea fishing. At the end, we all had a great stay at the house
