This charming apartment is in the perfect location, situated on the quiet street, rue Jean Goujon, in the 8th arrondissement, between the avenue Montaigne where you'll find luxury stores such as Dior and Louis Vuitton and the Seine River (subway Alma Marceau) with its beautiful view on the Eiffel Tower. It is two steps away from the famous avenue des Champs Elysées, the proverbial 'most beautiful avenue in the world'. All the famous stores are on the Champs, Gap, Sefora, Louis Vuitton. Behind the Avenue, you will discover small and chic streets with very select bars and restaurants. Many shops and stores: bakery, butcher, supermarket, theater, doctor, drugstore, restaurant, cafe, clubs that you can explore on your own as you take in all that Paris has to offer!
The apartment (40 square meters) is such a nice and cozy place. The bedroom has two sliding doors that can be closed to have complete privacy from the rest of the apartment. The bathroom has a brand new luxurious rain shower head and there is a washer and dryer to use whenever needed. Located on the third floor, the building conveniently has an elevator that takes you right to the apartment's front door. NO city noise, safe and very central! Walking distance to many BUS stops and both Franklin D. Roosevelt and Alma Marceau METRO stations that can quickly take you to anywhere in Paris! My quiet, nicely furnished apartment has everything you need for a comfortable vacation or business stay including an extensive library of guide books and maps of the city, metro and bus system, WiFi, Phone, full kitchen, etc.

This was my 1st time in Paris! The location was so perfect! LV, Channel, Dolce Gabanna were just a few of my neighbors. Only blocks away from Champs-Elysees Avenue. Look to the left, the Arc de Triomph, to the right the L'Obelisque. Walk a few blocks in the other direction and you have perfect view of the Eiffel Tower. There were several Bus Stops within blocks of the apartment and several entrances to the metro. There was alot to do! Shopping, dining, site seeing, you name it, it was right there! The apartment was perfect for a couple or two couples. This apartment had all the comforts of home and was quite cozy. I can't stress the fabulous location! Olga was amazing!

This trip from May 19-26 included my college roomate who was a first-timer in Paris. Olga and her son were extremely professional on the booking pre-departure. THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT - the reason for my selection of this apartment. Everything is in new condition and although the apartment is small, it features many built in items that are "tucked" away. The building is well cared for by the concierge and the neighbors were respectable and kind to us. Each of us would like to go back and stay at Olga's again!

Staying at this apartment was really nice. Close to metro, sights, restaurants, theatres, stores, everything. The apartment is comfortble and well decorated, but it gets a little warm sometimes during the day. The bed and the sofa bed are very good. It's very quiet, located on a calm street. Also, just a few steps from Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysée, Tuilleries, Sena. What else can I say? I would definitly come again. Olga is so friendly and helpful, she did everything to make us welcome!! Thank you so much!

The apartment is in an excellent location. Good size and very user friendly. Lots of great local places to eat near by and so close to the Seine that daily walks are a must. Olga is fantastic and very responsive to any questions. My wife and I can't wait to return...

Fully equipped residence from electrical, electronic gadgets n appliances, wifi etc. Hot water in jiffy so never a moment of cold shower. Amply stocked with towels, linen. Great collection of Paris guidebooks in English for those who hasn't done homework. Great location, 5 min to Eiffel tower from left of lobby, 5 min to champ élysées from right. Small quiet church across the street. High end shopping (LV, Prada, Armani etc) the street behind (rue montaigne). Close to metro with 5 lines heading to various hot spots like Disney n palace of Versailles. Small cafe at foot of lobby. Yet, street is very quiet and peaceful. Most important, a kind and patient landlord who took person effort to ensure we had a good stay. And we did. Will definitely

We have been to Paris many times and have always stayed in a hotel. On our recent trip to Paris, we decided to take our nephew and need an apartment that could accommodate 2 adults and a teenager. This apartment was PERFECT! The bedroom has solid moving walls that create privacy and openness. The sofa converted into a comfortable bed. We enjoyed having the kitchen area and access to a computer too. The bathroom contains a wonderful rain shower with a separate handheld shower and separate sink. There is a separate room for the toilet. The owner was most responsive to our inquiries and provided additional information on restaurant and museum recommendations. We appreciated the fact that she accepted US dollars which saved us the cost of foreign currency exchange. There is a café right around the corner that is fantastic for a glass of wine and viewing the Eifel Tower in the evening. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Knowing very little about the city, we took a chance and rented this apartment. What we found was an apartment that had everything we needed, and more importantly, was convenient to everything. The apartment was clean and well maintained, and any questions we had were immediately answered by Olga. Learning to use the appliances was a little tricky, and we would advise not to use the dryer but just hang your clothing on the rack provided. There are many reasonably priced restaurants near by but we would recommend that you venture out and try some that cater to the residents of Paris. On Sunday go to the Jewish section of Paris - fun and busy and good casual restaurants. The local supermarket is a short walk - but you could miss it. It is the basement of a store. A little small but has everything you need. For bakery items try local bakeries, we never had a bread that we didn't like. The metro is easy to use - get a pass. And if you plan to go to many museums, get the museum pass. We would stay at Olga's apartment again and would highly recommend it for a couple or perhaps a couple and one additional person.

This was my 1st time in Paris! It won't be my last! The apartment is just as you see in the pictures. I did not use the kitchen while I was there, but it was nice to have the option. I loved the washer and dryer, I was gone for almost two weeks, so it was nice to launder my clothes before i headed to the South of France. The shower was hot and had great pressure! The bed was sooo comfy! I will definitely stay here again. It is a quiet neighborhood, so there was very little noise at night, which was great for sleeping with the windows open. The internet access and free phone to the US was fabulous! I didn't watch TV but again it was nice to have the option. This apartment had all the comforts of home and was quite cozy. I can't stress the fabulous location! Olga was amazing! She was so helpful and very quick to respond to my questions. It is a very clean and comfortable. It was my home away from home for 6 days! She made it so easy to rent the place and gave great directions for a first timer! Thank you! Hope to see you again soon!

My family of three has stayed at this apartment three times now, most recently a week ago, and we can't imagine staying anywhere else while in Paris! The location is great -- within a 10 minute walk of three Metro stops and one RER line. The Champs Elysses is just blocks away, and the Avenue Montaigne is one block over, with numerous designer shops. While there are many restaurants in the area, we enjoy cooking in the apartment at least a couple of times during our visits, or at a minimum enjoying some wine and a baguette and cheese before heading out for dinner. There is a small grocery store about a 5 minute walk and a larger Mono Prix about a 10 minute walk away on the Champs Elysses. We also like to take the Metro to the Rue Cler market to buy from local purveyors of meat, cheese, fish and wine. The apartment is in a safe area, with a police station at the top of the street, right off the metro stop. The apartment is small (smaller than the studio apartment I rented in West Hollywood while in law school), but it is well-designed for maximum space efficiency and has everything a couple or small family with young children could possibly need -- full kitchen, including dishwasher, cooktop, oven, refrigerator, wired and wireless internet access, TV, DVD player, free local and international telephone service, etc. It’s also well-stocked with maps of points of interest and the public transportation system, and books about Paris. The building’s concierge is helpful, as well, and has assisted us with taxis to the airport. Packing light is a breeze, since the apartment has a washer/dryer in the unit. Finally, completing the transaction stateside (in US dollars) makes this another plus. The owner is very accessible and helpful and ensures that everything is going well (either via phone or email).

My parents and I stayed in the apartment for 5 nights. It was very comfortable, and I slept on the pull-out couch. Having an elevator was a bonus for my parents. The nearest metro is about 3 blocks away and is located on the Champs Elysees. We took the RER in from the airport to the metro, and then used the metro to get to the Franklin D. Roosevelt stop on the Champs Elysees. It was very easy to get around using the metro. Olga was very responsive to my calls and questions, and Galina was very helpful when I arrived. Since I made the reservations last-minute, Galina had to meet me with the keys, rather than have them mailed to my home in the States. The accomodations are compact, but everything you would need is there. I think the apartment is best suited for a couple. The apartment was clean when we arrived. The washer/dryer combination is slow, but we typically used it when we were going to be out, and it was nice to not have to pack so many clothes. It was very nice to be able to use the computer and access the internet for email, etc. and airline information. We had a wonderful time, and I hope to return to the apartment with just my husband.

I lived in Paris for a year while at the Sorbonne many years ago. I have visited often. This trip from May 19-26 included my college roomate who was a first-timer in Paris. Olga and her son were extremely professional on the booking pre-departure. Additionally they met us at the apartment and showed us some of the unique features of a Parisian apartment. THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT - the reason for my selection of this apartment. It is situated several blocks from the Seine and also several blocks from the FDR Metro stop, just off Avenue Montaigne - a highly desirable, elegant neighborhood on rue Jean Goujon, in a business neighborhood with a small local tabac next to the building. Very close to Place Francois. The apartment is well-suited for a couple or 2 singles as the sofa pulls out into a bed that my roomie found to be very comfortable. It might be tight for 2 couples but a couple and another would be fine. The kitchen is very tiny but we did not use the two burners or the small oven. Olga had loads of dishes if you need to prepare a french gourmet meal.... A microwave would be a nice addition. Everything is in new condition and although the apartment is small, it features many built in items that are "tucked" away. The building is well cared for by the concierge and the neighbors were respectable and kind to us. Each of us would like to go back and stay at Olga's again!

The flat was in some ways better than advertised. The photos were a reasonable representation of the actual property. It was neat, clean, well-stocked with just about everything, many of which I did not expect to find. The owner was very helpful, even calling from the US after our arrival to make sure we had everything and helping us find a nearby grocery store that turned out to be the proverbial needle in a haystack. Yes I would indeed recommend the property to anyone looking for a Paris rental in the 8th. Given that Paris has one of the best public transportation systems in the world, all the standard attractions (sights), e.g. the Louvre, Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, etc are either within walking distance or a metro ride away. Even getting to the RER rail line for a trip to Versailles was only a two block walk. The nine 9 days in Paris my wife and I spent were memorable and part of the wonderful memories will be the apartment.
