We enjoyed our 23rd floor view of the gulf and beach while relaxing in our well equiped and tastefully furnished condo. Attending an Easter sunrise service on the beach near Pier Park was a special treat. Parasailing on the gulf, snorkeling off Shelll Isand and walking the beach were favorites for our family. A great place to enjoy some down time!

BEAUTIFUL PENTHOUSE RETREAT - Hidden Gem on PCB- Convenient to everything!!

We needed last minute accomodations ON PCB for Spring Break for 4 days. This unit had an unexpected opening. Growing up with a family home in the Bid-A-Wee neighborhood across the street for over 40 years, we had never stayed in any of the condos in the immediate area. We have stayed at Calypso (Pier Park) last summer and knew that we wanted to be near Pier Park but not on top of the spring break craziness. The OCEAN REEF complex was PERFECT for the kids to walk across the street to golf, go carts and Funland! The beach was not as crowded as the beaches toward the Pier. We also didn't have to worry about fishing in the waters as we encountered near the pier area. The private beach next to the complex was wonderful for quiet walks. The weather was a little cool for the pool and the water in the outdoor or indoor pool was not heated. This was the only disappointment of the complex. This unit was IMPECCABLY decorated! It is UPSCALE Beach with comforting colors of browns, taupes and blues. The unit was equipped with everything you should need! The cleanliness of the unit was way beyond that of most rental units. The grout lines were even clean! The unit was welcoming from the second you opened the front door. The Master Bed was HEAVENLY!! The mattress was so perfect. The HD tv's were perfect for the March Madness games! The boys ordered wings and stayed in the unit to watch the games! We also visited Buddy's Seafood for a steamed shrimp dinner to go one of the nights. We so enjoyed being in the unit that we only went out one night. The Private Parking Place was perfect and close to the elevators. It made it easy to go out knowing you had the same place waiting for you. The complex doesn't provide carts for unloading but we found the unit had a beach cart that worked perfectly for unloading groceries in one trip. The access off front beach road directly across to Nautilus made it so easy to avoid sitting in traffic. We were able to get to Thomas Drive from Back Beach and middle beach and down to 30-A without any traffic delays. The building was very quiet. The other units were occupied on either side but you never heard a word through the walls! We never waited for an elevator being at the top. We have stayed in many beautiful places from Maui, Sea Island, Gulf Shores, Destin, Keys and various Islands. This unit will be in our TOP 5! It was a BEAUTIFUL RETREAT from the craziness in the surrounding PCB area. We hope to return for a longer stay! Thanks Owners!

Great Penthouse would recommend to all. This is no doubt the best stocked condo on the beach. Everything about the unit from the bedding to the kitchen is well above standard. The reserved covered parking close to the High speed elevators is also very convenient as well. I can't say enough good about the unit!!!!!

Our weeks stay at Ocean Reef was wonderful. The accomodation were beautiful and looked just as we had expected it would be from the pictures sent us. The condo was very clean and very comfortable. The parking in the garage was great and so handy. The owner was very helpful and thoughtful. I would highly recommend the condo to anyone and would also return for another vacation. Our family thoroughly enjoyed all the amennities. It was so beautiful looking out at the Gulf and watching the sunsets at night. It was great having the beach chairs with umbrella and also the floats and raft furnished in the condo. Everything was just great. The week flew by too fast. We hated to leave. The owner was great to work with and most helpful.

We had a wonderful vacation. Your place is beautiful! Thanks for sharing this gorgeous place with us! We were able to see the dolphins many times. The weather wasn't so nice, but our last day was the BEST! Being able to wake up early and drink coffee on the balcony was amazing. You are a fabulous decorator! Loved our vacation to Panama City Beach Florida! Mona is an excellent person to rent from. She is very nice, responds very quickly to emails and is very detailed. Her and her husbands condo is wonderful! Very modern, clean and literally a Home away from Home. Very close to everything and the beach and water was beautiful! Every morning from the balcony you could see dolphins, sting rays and one morning we even seen a manatee! I would highly recommend this Condo. Couldn't have asked for anything more wonderful!

I went to college and lived in panama city beach '89 to '94. I have lived in or visited several condos and 2307 is at the top of my list. The building is a great location easy to get anywhere on the beach or over the bridge to panama city, and the 23rd floor has the best view of the gulf shore line I've ever encountered. Mona is very easy to talk to and best of all she wants you to have a great time! Thanks again my family and I will be back!

Girls Get-a-Way

We are a group of 4 women vacationing to take a break from the Chicago winter. We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It is immaculately clean and exquisitely decorated! We immediately felt relaxed and "right at home". The views from the large balcony are beautiful! We enjoyed our trip so much that we are planning on returning in the fall. Staying anywhere else would be a disappointment after enjoying this condo! The rates were comparable and reasonable. All the "comforts of home" were included (bath towels, coffee maker, hair dryer, even beach chairs and umbrellas). We enjoyed walking on the beach, shopping and dining at Pier Park, walking on the Pier, and at the end of the day relaxing in the beachfront hot tub! It doesn't get any better than this! Because we traveled at an off-peak time the beach was quiet and although the seasonal attractions were closed, it just made the environment that much more relaxed and perfect for a child-free environment.

This condo was excellent. The view from the top floor is such a joy. The condo is very clean and had lots of extras, like beach chairs, floats, movies and books. The staff there is very friendly and willing to help as needed. I highly recommend the condo. We did a fishing charter in the bay with Nice Guy Charters. We highly recommend him(Guy).

From the moment we walked into this condo we knew we made the right choice. It is beautiful inside and the view outside was gorgeous! Mona was such a delight and answered questions promptly. There are beach towels and beach chairs/umbrellas for guests to use. The kitchen is stocked with great cookware. The condo was clean and well-manitained. It is across the street from a putt-putt and go kart racing. Pier Park shopping is close by. The beach for the condo is extremely private and not crowded. I like that we had a reserved parking space near the elevator. The elevators are fast and we didn't have to wait long for them, unlike other condos we stayed at before. I would recommend the following restaurants: Hunt's Oyster Bar-great seafood and oysters at extrememly resonable prices Captain Andreson's-great food, but prepared to wait if you don't get there early Firefly-awesome food-we got there early, so we got the early bird special (3-course meal for $20.99 each). Thanks Mona for a wonderful place to stay. We didn't want to leave! We will definitely want to come back!

Our Stay at Ocean Reef Condo #2307

When we walked into the condo we were really excited. The place was beautiful, very clean, decorated nicely and the dishes that were provided for the week were top of the line. The bedroom suites were just as I would have in my home. We could tell that no expense was too much for the accomodations. The TVs in all rooms were great along with the movies that were provided for our entertainment. The balcony is very large and looks out over the ocean with beautiful ceiling to floor windows. The extra beach towels, umbrellas and chairs were a wonderful surprise and allowed us to save some money on renting beach chairs throughout the week. I would definitely recommend this property to any of my friends or relatives and definitely plan to make reservations for future vacation trips. We loved Pier Park! Nice shopping and great places to eat. Wonder Works was a lot of fun.

Beautiful Condo - Wonderful stay

We had the most wonderful stay at this elegant condo. We spent the week of May 16th to 21st, 2010 at the Ocean reef Penthouse condo. The view was breathtaking from the 23rd floor. We spent most of our time on the balcony and was very fortunate to spot dolphins on several occasions. We absolutely love the decor and enjoyed the view from the master bedroom. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant Mona and Bill. We will definitely be back in 2011!

Your condo was even more beautiful in person. We had a wonderful time and felt completely at home. You have gone over and above to make sure your guests have everything they could possibly need for an enjoyable vacation. Beautifully Appointed Apartment with Spectacular Gulf of Mexico Views

The apartment is extremely comfortable, clean and beautifully appointed and furnished. There is a large, modern kitchen; three flat-screen tv sets (and high definition dvd players); great laundry; and comfortable couches and beds and so on. But the best feature by far for me was the spacious private balcony with its spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. You can be on the balcony and just forget the rest of the world. I wasn't interested myself in the go-kart place across the road or other nearby tourist entertainment attractions, but it felt so wonderfully quiet and peaceful just being on the balcony where it's just you and the Gulf of Mexico to the horizon - priceless. Thank you Mona and Bill for the opportunity to enjoy your apartment and for your warm hospitality.

We loved staying in your beautiful condo. It was homey and we felt comfortable immediately. We liked your sea-shore theme. We've been coming to Panama City Beach and this was the first time we were able to see dolphins. Not once, but 3 different times!! We felt very blessed. Thanks for being so informative, thoughtful and considerate. We have rented a lot of condos in PCB, and Mona was the best condo owner we have ever worked with. We can't wait to get back!

6-26-09 Beautiful condo! We had a great vacation. Helpful hint for future travelers to avoid some traffic. Use Nautilus St. to Back Beach Rd. (Panama City Beach Pkwy (Hwy. 98) and save some time. Plenty to see and do - thanks again!

Your place is unbelievable! The location of your unit is perfect. The kids really liked being close to Funland, the go cart track and the 36 hole putt putt course located just across the street. We enjoyed the convenience of the reserved garage parking spot under the building. We simply took the elevator to the top floor. The view from your penthouse suite is spectacular. I could not resist doing some work while we were there using your free wireless internet on my laptop. I have stayed at a lot of places, but none any better than yours. You even had some Blue Ray DVD's that we enjoyed watching. I had been wanting to see Bucket List... Thanks for offering such a quality home away from home. We will be back!!!
