CLEANING SERVICE IS INCLUDED in this lovely, one bedroom Park model at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the Premiere Addition section of Ocean Lakes. Enjoy the privacy and peaceful surroundings in this recently remodeled and tastefully decorated home which is located on a large, tucked away site not far from the ocean. Enjoy all of the nearby amenities of Ocean Lakes without the hustle and bustle of the campground. Covered outdoor seating, attractive landscaping, walkways, picnic table, and a wooded view provide maximum relaxation while outside.
The keyless entry eliminates the need to mail keys or carry keys while on vacation. A golf cart is also included.
Your vacation comes complete with a desk top computer with high speed internet, unlimited long distance calling, and a hi-definition cable TV package. Watch ALL of the premium movie channels (many in high definition) from the rocker/recliner on a 32” high definition LCD flat screen with separate surround sound system that will enhance your non beach time. A second TV is provided in the bedroom.
This rental property has a comfortable double bed in the bedroom and a double sleeper sofa which accommodates two children or smaller adults. The kitchen includes plates, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven, refrigerator, and range with oven. You will need to provide sheets and linens for the bed and sleeper sofa (the bed requires a deep pocket double sheet or queen sheets). You will also need paper items (extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.)
We request that you wash any dishes before you check out but a cleaning service will clean the unit after you leave.
We rent to responsible adults and families only.

This property was everything it was advertised to be and more. Location at edge of campground was quiet and out of heavy traffic. Home was well maintaned and very clean. Golf cart was great. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this rental!

My wife and I had a wonderful time spending our vacation in your beach home. The location of the home inside the campground is perfect for piece and quiet. Big screen TV for the Braves games.We loved the golf cart, we could go anywhere in just minutes. We hardly even left the campground. Will stay here again for sure. Thanks for the FUN.
