This spacious 1 bedroom has one of the largest floor plans at Misiones, with almost 1200 sq ft, and 2 separate balconies. From the moment you arrive you'll feel the difference as you wake up to spectacular sunrises from your private bedroom balcony while listening to the sounds of the ocean.
In season enjoy watching the whales play off your balcony as you feel the cool sea breeze in your face. The remodel includes all new appliances and furnishings, cabinets and floors. The couch and love seat in the living room and beautifully tiled island in the kitchen make this a very comfortable condo.
Misiones is located on a point overlooking the Sea of Cortez and the bay of Cabo San Lucas. It is close enough to town to enjoy the many restaurants and night life Cabo has to offer, but far enough away to spend a relaxing vacation with someone special. The resort features a guarded, gated entrance, two large swimming pools with spa and swim up palapa bars, two restaurants and two beaches.
Both beaches are just a short walk from the condo and offer snorkeling and kayaking equipment for rent. One restaurant, 'Sunset at Mona Lisa' is world famous, and is considered by many to have the best view of Cabo, especially at sunset. If your looking for more excitement, the Concierge can arrange most activities for you, including tee times at one of the nearby championship golf courses. Costco and Wal-Mart are both less than 2 miles away and taxis are always available if you dont have a car.

Misiones del Cabo is a very relaxing resort. If you like to party hard, do tequila shots and listen to loud music all night, Misiones is not for you. However, if you want to spend a relaxing vacation with someone special, we think Misiones is the perfect place.

Great condo and great location. Owners very available for questions and information sharing. First time in Cabo in 25 years and this was a great place to get re-acclimated. Clean and well-maintained unit and overall property. Pool bar open daily for lunch and beverages and Wednesday night poolside Mexican buffet was terrific and inexpensive. Definitely recommend Sunset Point Wine and Pizza Bar at sunset. Taxis were always available on the property and even taking the bus from downtown was easy, inexpensive and stress free. Enjoyed our time and will definitely go back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

We had a nice little stay at missiones. It was real quiet, just outside town but close to things, nice staff. Cindy was helpful with good communication. Nice restaurant on property. Nice clean unit. Felt bad I left extra food and drinks behind hopefully maid can use. Will be back on next Cabo trip.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

The condo was wonderful! It was very clean and spacious. The views from both balconies were spectacular! We enjoyed whale watching as well as listening to the many sounds of nature from the outdoors and watching the sunset. It is a quick walk to the Mona Lisa (highly recommend) and easy drive into town/Marina. If you are looking for quiet, peacefulness and relaxation with an incredible view...Misiones is the place to be! Cindy and Larry were very helpful throughout as well. This was our first trip to Cabo and we will definitely come back!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway.

We have stayed at Larry and Cindy's condo a couple of times now and it is absolutely the best place to stay in Cabo. The condo is in a great location and the perfect vacation spot. The private beach area is so much nicer than having to share the overcrowded beaches in town with all the tourists and the pool is great for relaxing too!! The condo is clean and inviting and has great amenities. There are markets close to stock up with whatever you need to make you feel at home. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a great place to stay in Cabo!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We stayed at Cindy's condo for about nine days during Sept. and really enjoyed the unit. We have rented many condos all over Mexico and this was probably the best one bdrm. Very nice and spacious and the two terraces have wonderful views. Close to the pool and has everything you need.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

Thank you so much for sharing your place with us these last few days. The condo was beautiful and we loved the view of the Arch! We are very sad to leave! Your condo has it all. Internet, wi-fi, Dish Network, washer and dryer, comfortable king bed and a great view. The unit is nicely furnished and very clean and we very much enjoyed our stay. We walked to Medano beach which was a welcome challenge, and we enjoyed dinner at the Mona Lisa, and of course sitting on your beautiful balcony enjoying the view. Before making our decisions we talked to the owner numerous times - she was very responsive & helpful. After we provided full payment for our stay the owner provided a very informative document to prepare us for our arrival. The pictures and descriptions on VRBO are very accurate. A picture of the shower area was not included - it's a walk in and beautifully tiled with good water pressure. Misiones is at a great location and just a short bus or taxi ride to Cabo ($1 for the bus ride). The condo has great views, is beautifully decorated, well maintained, and has all the typical things you need for your stay including beach chairs & towels. For groceries, the Cabo Walmart is just a couple miles from the condo & has a great selections of produce, bakery goods, and meats/ fish. Misiones has 2 restaurants plus Puerta Vieja is just up the road – all very good eating & views. Snorkeling is very good at the Misiones beach – high tide is best time to go. We could see whales from the condo every day. When we came home people asked if we felt safe there - we felt very safe on the Misiones grounds & in Cabo. A great vacation at a beautiful place! This unit is gorgeous - and large. Granite, tile... quality throughout and beautifully decorated. In fact, the interior pictures really don't do it justice. All amenities are provided and a condo manager is a phone call away. The exterior shots/views are exactly as you see them. You are close enough to the private beach (a two minute walk) to hear the waves crashing on shore. The Misiones complex comprises 7 bldgs atop a bluff overlooking the Sea of Cortez. The property is well maintained. The pool is clean and has a waterfall and swim-up bar. The grounds are beautiful - landscaped with colorful gardens. You are a short walk to the famous Sunset de Mona Lisa (dinners/views are incredible) and a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Cabo. Hopefully, we can get back some day. We would not hesitate to rent this condo. It exceeded our expectations!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My boyfriend and I have stayed at this location twice now - in May, 2009 and July, 2011. We love the Missiones del Cabo location! The property is very well kept, and the location is perfect! The pictures accurately represent the condo and the property. Snorkling at the Missiones beach is the best in the greater Cabo area, and we have tried them all (the hidden gem of Los Cabos). The resturant just up the walkway from the property is amazing and has incredible views. A must try! Our favorite resturant is Zippers - closer to San Jose. Great local hangout on the beach with wonderful food! If you're in town for sport fishing, we recommend Fishing Marlin (www.fishingmarlin.com) with Benito. We used him 4 times, and love his crew. They were fantastic! We went out on a panga and a 28 ft fishing boat. They are honest, professional, and really want to make sure their customers have a great time! (ask for Martin as your captain). We also recommend Soloman's Landing at the marina to cook up your fish - amazing! Beware of the timeshare sales people though - they are disguised as employees of the resturant!
