This newly renovated home is perfect for the family to get together and enjoy everything Lake Sinclair has to offer. Take the family and your friends because the house sleeps 10. The lot is located directly across the lake from the Oconee National Forest and is on big water. The private dock will provide a place to keep your boat while you are here. The lot is also next to a public boat ramp used only by the residents of the community so you can launch your boat and park your trailer right next door.
The house itself is furnished with all the essentials of home. There is a coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, glassware, washer and dryer, linens, towels etc... The huge wraparound deck has a wonderful built in BBQ for great cookouts and fish fries from all the fish you will catch. The fishing is some of the best on all of Lake Sinclair.
The house is pet free and non smoking. The newly remodeled interior will be a joy for the entire family. The upstairs bedrooms provide a perfect place for the kids to get away from the parents.

Our stay at the house was very enjoyable and relaxed. The houe itself was very nice, especially on the inside in the kitchen and living room areas. We loved the porch and dock areas for grilling. The rooms were very nice & clean. The house was very spacious and quiet. We enjoyed our weekend there very much. Would rent again from the owners.
