Provides a secluded, quiet getaway that is a 2 minute walk to the beach. Canal access from the property allows a short paddle to Bogue sound on two included kayaks, excellent for crabbing or oystering when in season. Community boat ramp allows launching a boat directly to Bogue Sound.
Third level great room with half bath opens to a screened porch and deck which provides a large open space for entertaining. Bedrooms are located on the second level. Large second floor master opens onto its own second level deck. queen guest bedroom and bunk room (Sleeps 2) share second floor bath. First floor bonus room/den with pullout sofa provides an excellent place to find some seclusion and privately watch TV, read, or relax.
