This is that special place you've been looking for. Relax with friends and family in this beautifully decorated, authentic villa overlooking the Caribbean Sea in the lovely upscale Spring Farm neighborhood, 15 minutes from the airport and a 5 minute walk from the famed Half Moon Resort. Beach access to the Half Moon is available.
This amazing private home, known as the 'Goodman Villa,' has been in our family for more than 30 years. It is uniquely designed with vaulted ceilings, as well as furnishings and artwork selected by an antique collector. There are 3 large bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. 2 bedrooms have king size bed. The third has 3 twins.
Savor delicious meals prepared by our cook, Evadney. If you wish, we can arrange to have the house stocked with food upon your arrival, or you can go to the nearby local grocery to pick up items with Evadney when you arrive. Grocery delivery service also available. You purchase the food; the staff prepares, serves and does dishes. Breakfast is served in the shaded outdoor breakfast nook; dinner indoors by candlelight. The staff will clean your room each morning and provide evening turn down service. Laundry service is included.
Sip cocktails by the private pool or at the bar in the screened lanai, or take the 5 MINUTE STROLL (1/4 mile) to the beach at Half Moon Resort, where you can enjoy amenities such as the beach bar, restaurants, golf and MUCH more. Our driver, George, can take you on day trips to Negril, Ocho Rios, and other tourist spots, and he will pick you up and drop you off at the airport(his services not included in rental rate).
All amenities of a modern home are included - broadband internet, cable TV, DVD/VCR, CDs, movies, library, board games, etc. ENJOY!

A...MA....ZING. My husband I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary here. Absolutely no complaints. Next time, we're bringing the kids!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We recently visited this "gorgeous" property. It lives up to the description with eclectic furnishings and decorations, three large bedrooms each with a full bath, an outside bar inside a screened in porch and an immaculate pool. The ammenities provided were beyond that expected, including cable, VCR, DVD, and a large stock of movies to fit both media types. CDs were also supplied, as well as books on almost any subject imaginable. By and far the best part of the vacation was the view from the pool overlooking the Caribbean and Half Moon Bay Resort and the service from the staff. No sooner had a t-shirt hit the floor than it was washed, pressed and folded and back in your room. The food prepared was excellent and on par with the nicest restaurants. We celebrated our anniversary at the Goodman Villa in November of 2008 and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and comfortable, and you get the best of both worlds with a private home and a beach resort just minutes away. And the service! You let the cook know what time you want to eat and they ring a bell for you when it is ready. The table is set, they serve you the food (unbelievably good), and then they do all of the dishes. I thought it would be hard to get used to, but it wasn't. They do all of the nice touches too, like fresh flowers in your room and turn down service at night. The pool is great, and the beach is really great. We also took a trip to Negril for a day (an hour away), to go to Rick's Cafe, which shouldn't be missed. All we had to do is call the taxi driver, George, the day before and he was there the next morning to drive us there and back. Everything about the place was right for us.
