You will fall in love!!! This unit has it all, spacious and exquisitely decorated condominium. No detail overlooked.
Located in Pavilion Palms, a gated community with luxurious, over-sized rooms, across Gulf Scenic Drive from the beach. There are three buildings placed in a "U" shape to give a fabulous view of the Gulf. Have your coffee in the morning or a cold glass of wine in the evening (we do) on the extra-large balcony, from which you can view the Gulf, and also the beautifully landscaped pool area. A plus is the electric grill for your convenience
We think you will love the cool and tranquil colors. Our favorite is the master bedroom, painted in a seaglass green, it has a king-sized bed, and is so comfortable. Our guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The queen-sized sleeper sofa allows six to sleep comfortably.
Pavilion Palms is just a few steps from the legendary white sands and emerald waters that make this area a fabulous place to vacation. It has it all!!!

My family of 4 stayed there from Oct 3 to Oct 10. It was Perfect. Everything we needed and or wanted was in perfect distance and everthing was beautiful. There simply was nothing we ever wanted that wasn't in close proximity or right there in the condo. great resturants, great condo, fantastic weather, great shopping, super beach, kids had a blast, Great place! We would love to own one of these in Pavilion Palms ourselves. It is in the most perfect location!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This condo is as represented! Beautifully decorated, spacious, convenient to beach, large garage and kitchen has EVERYTHING one would need! I would stay again! Owner was very easy to work with!
