For non boaters, you are only a few hundred yards from the beach and just across from historic Fort Pierce, you’re minutes from restaurants, cultural activities and recently renovated downtown waterfront.
It is a perfect spot to get away from the big cities, bring a boat, go to the beach, or just unwind. There is a pool with clubhouse and an exercise room. If you feel like taking a day trip, you are only 130 miles to Miami and 105 to Orlando.
Island Paradise is an end unit with wrap around balconies and great views of the water. The docks are located next to the town home and only a few feet from either your front or back door. The interior of the unit is tastefully decorated in a modern motif.

Why the Owner Chose Other Hutchinson Island (N & S) Properties
Great access to open water for fishing and a short walk to the beach. Also, the area provides a nice change from the pace of city living. It is like the Keys (if you know the right resturants/bars) but is nicely located with access to Orlando, the Space Coast and South Florida.
