Cute villa in a FABULOUS location!!

This villa is one of the few rentals an excellent view of the beach and ocean. The villa is nice but the photos are of a much less used villa, now the carpet and couch are well beyond their prime and baths and tile need updating. But the bedrooms were large and well appointed, the kitchen is very well equiped for a rental property which our group of enthusiastic cooks really appreciated. The 4th bathroom MADE our Girls Weekend Away, don't know how we ever managed to share in the past. Please put a full length mirror in every bedroom! Rental bikes are a must for Palmetto Dunes, it is so much fun and beautiful to explore the beach and neighborhoods on bikes. The Tennis Center here is one of the best anywhere, tennis is the primary reason we come but we also love this beautiful beach and the carefree experience in Palmetto Dunes. Overall. The Thai restaurant just south of the main gate is one of the best I've ever eaten in and I lived in Thailand for 3 months.

A week at the beach for our son's wedding

I stayed the week of October 1, 2011. The villa was exactly what we wanted. It was close to the Dunes House where our son got married. It was well maintained, clean when we got there and had all the amenities that you could ask for. I definitely will consider rebooking in the future. thanks.

We had a marvelous time. Your place is lovely-we enjoyed the location-everything is so convenient! We were able to walk/bike everywhere. We also appreciated your thoughtfulness in supplying all the amenities like the beach chairs and toys and a well stocked kitchen- we were able to make everything from waffles to margaritas. We'll have to check on the availability of BV #9 the next time we visit HH! Thanks for everything!!

This was perfect place for our family which includes 4 kids ages 10-18. The floor plan was well suited for a large family or multi families. The location was fabulous, right next to Dunes House. Plenty of activities within short walking distance, such as tennis, rentals for bikes and kayaks, and the general store. The owner was excellent to work with. The property was well kept with beach chairs and grill to use. Fabulous balcony for relaxing and dining. We would definitely return to this villa.

This condo is a great multi-family unit for those who want the convenience of staying just steps away from the beach and the pool. The Dunes House is just out the back door and the pool is only a few steps away from the front door. There is even a decent size backyard for the kids to pass frisbee/football while you grill dinner on the 2nd floor balcony. The kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of beach chairs and toys on premises so you don't have to worry about bringing any with you. The floor plan works well for two or three families with plenty of beds and full baths.

Thsi was the most incredible location for our holiday. There were 7 of us, including my spouse and I, our 3 children, motheer-in-law and sister-in-law. There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. It was even better than we expected it to be from the pictures. Very clean and well maintained. Excellent location, beautiful views, all the amenities close by that we could ask for. We can't say enough wonderful things about our experience in this property and would not think twice about going back again. The owners were amazing to deal with and accomodated us in every way possible. Overall this was a fantastic vacation and our first experience with VRBO properties. Needless to say we are very happy about all of it. THANKS AGAIN! :~)

Everything was perfect for our golf vacation, the weather, golf, the million dollar view from your kitchen wasn't hard to take either. We found a really good fish monger by the name of Barnacle Bill. He had great fish and seafood which we throughly enjoyed. Thanks again.

This condo is one of the best locations in Palmetto Dunes. It has a great ocean view and just steps from the ocean. The kitchen is aweome with a Jenn-Aire stove and the cupboards were full of everything you required to prepare a gourmet meal. We loved eating our meals at the Dining Room table and watching the people walking and biking on the beach. The condo has a hugh flat screen TV, and a hugh library of books and games, plus TV's in all the bedrooms. It is nicely decorated and very clean. The owners are extremely responsive and go out of their way to ensure everything is to your satisfaction. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone who is interested in a lovely Hilton Head vacation.

"Beach Villa #9 was wonderful! We had 3 couples stay in the villa and we all had plenty of space. The layout was great-we each had our own rooms, comfy beds, nice linens and the common areas were comfortable. The keyless entry was so easy because we didn't have to worry who had the key each time we left. We can not say enough about how great this villa was. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed to cook meals, the living room couch was nice because it was so spacious for everyone to sit and the porch was fantastic! We could see and hear the ocean off of the porch. The location of the villa was perfect-it was less than a 5 minute walk to rent bikes, the beach was right there and the Dunes House was next door which has excellent food. We were all very pleased with Beach Villa #9 and all of us will hopefully be back again. Thank you to the owners for your prompt responses and helpfulness."

We just can't say enough about the fabulous location which really made our trip with four small children perfect. The pool is out the front door and the beach is in the back! The view is perfect to watch the ocean and listen to the waves. Our friends and family from other rentals preferred to come to our place for the beautiful view on the second floor patio. We have stayed off the oceanfront before and now that we have stayed here, the location makes all the difference. The rooms were decorated beautifully and plenty of amenities for everyone. Loved the big screen for movies! We will be back next year! Thank you for making our family trip memorable.

We just returned from a great visit to HHI- Beach Villa 9. The location was awesome and the view of the ocean is terrific. The condo was well equipped per the description and pictures. Steps away from the beach, good restaurant and bar next door (saw two weddings!), and easy parking and access. The condo comfortably handled two adults, three teenagers and one eight year old with sleeping room to spare. We also hosted a group of 20 for a cook out one night and had plenty of room. Loved it and plan to return next year!

We had a great stay at #9 Beach Villas. The location was fantastic. We enjoyed the view from the living spaces and the convenient walk to the Dunes House for lunches and drinks. We enjoyed the use of your chairs, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was cheerful and well equipped, especially with tupperware, yay! I have been coming to hhd since the 70's, my late gmother lived there, and we've stayed in many places, and really liked yours! We liked the proximity to the Marriott and Alexanders and we are long time fans of Palmetto Dunes. I'll definitely consider it for next time!

What an awesome family beach week!. Having never booked via VRBO let alone a villa, I was skeptical. I now am a real believer! This villa was everything it was advertised to be....perfect for five adults and four young children. The villa was extremely clean and very, very well maintained. The owner was a doll at guiding me through questions and providing info. on restaurants, etc. The kids loved the beautiful roads for bike riding. The beach was a perfect distance as well as an extremely convenient pool. My family could not have been happier. We came from three different states and was our best beach vacation ever! The bedrooms were all well suited with great bed configurations and having 4 full baths was a big plus. We couldn't have been more pleased and hope to be repeat clients!!! Great spot....would HIGHLY recommend!

Just returned from an incredible vacation at Hilton Head. This unit was fantastic. Incredible views from the balcony, kitchen and living room. Huge layout accommodated everyone and allowed space to get away from the group. Grilling steaks on the balocny was a highlight. Adjacent to the Dunes House Restaurant where we had some amazing dinners (fish tacos are 5 star) and daily afternoon cocktails looking out at the surf. Beach access was perfect. Enjoyed all the island had to offer from bikes & kayaks to parasailing & skim boarding. Kids had a blast. We will not wait a year to return, planning to come back in October....

Good times with Good Friends in Hilton Head!!

This was our first time to Hilton Head. We had a great time with good friends hanging out on the beach all day and loved hangin out at the Condo, making dinner over and sharing some vino. Loved loved loved the proximity to beach and a very spacious place for three couples. Can't wait to go back!

Our beach vacation for our family of six plus two guests was everything that was promised and more. First of all, the view is amazing! We enjoyed sunrises over the ocean from the balcony, playing at the beach or pool all day and then enjoyed the moonlight dancing on the waves at night. The villa was very clean, comfortable and incredibly well designed to accomodate us. The owners were extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and provided excellent suggestions for dining out and shopping. Upon their suggestions, we dined at Red Fish, had pizza twice from TJ's - a "take and bake" pizza place, shopped at Coligny Plaza and played miniature golf right down the road. The owners also provided a folder that had area restaurants' menus and other area attractions, as well as lots of board games for family game nights. We are already looking forward to returning next year...or sooner if we can!
